I would like to thank DiBello Family Roofing for such a positive experience during my recent total roof replacement. I received estimates from four companies, but I knew from my first meeting with Mike DiBello, that DiBello was the company I would prefer to go with. Mike was friendly, caring, and reassuring to us from the moment we met him. His knowledge of the products and industry was second to none. He addressed all of our concerns, and let us know DiBello truly cares about their customers and stands behind their work. The installation crew for our roof was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly and worked very hard. They were able to complete our large amount of roofing in just one day. The quality of the construction was impressive. I was particularly pleased with Mike’s follow through and his onsite presence during the actual work. Having him here provided the confidence that I was receiving a quality installation and that totally put my mind at ease. Di Bello Roofing came to give an estimate on repair/replacement for my roof. The gentleman who came (Phil) was not willing to actually get on the roof (which is a flat roof and is easily accessible from the rooftop deck) and only looked at it through a window from inside the house. He said that, just from looking, he could tell that nothing was wrong with it and no work needed to be done, despite my having told him that there were soft spots when walking on it. Another company came out today and actually spent time on the roof and looked carefully at it - they recommended replacement within the next year or, at the least, temporary repairs to get me through the winter without leaks. Very disappointed in Di Bellos service and lack of attention to detail - maybe theyre just not interested in the business?

Years ago Di Bellos team replaced my roof in Perry Hall. They stepped through the ceiling and no one wanted to say they did it. Furthermore, I noticed coming home that the roof surface was wavy. I went up into the attic to discover that they had only nailed the corners of the sheathing to the trusses. After no less than 5 trips back out to my home with me tapping from the attic to let them know where the trusses were, the job was complete. Total and complete nightmare. Worst experience Ive ever had to this day. The crew was fired, but that did not help me at the time. You have to pick at least 1 star to post a review but I would give these guys ZERO Stars!!!

I had this company come out and replace the roof on my house (built in 1957). they did an excellent job. after the work was done they came back out to the house, because i had called about cracks in my driveway from the dumpster. the next day their concrete guy came out and completely replaced the cracked concrete with new concrete. Another excellent job! I would and have referred them to my family and friends. service and personnel were better then 5 stars!!!

From the time that I called everyone was so helpful. The roofer who came to check out my roof explained my options and gave me time to choose . I like their no pressure sales approach. The crew that came took off my old roof and had the new one on before I got home from work. The left my yard clean and my flower beds intact. All in all a great experience.

Phil Di Bello did a great job on my roof and my mothers roof (we got a discount for having them done together). They offered a wide selection of shingle colors, the price was very reasonable, and the work was completed quickly and professionally. The work crew cleaned up thoroughly before they left, and the new roof looks fantastic!

I have a classic row house. Replaced roof on main house and garage. Had several bids and Phil Di Bello was the best price and provided a 10 year warranty. They got to work right away and finished the day after I had accepted the bid. No complaints at all, would recommend.
