Strongly recommend finding another place to get your car detailed or just do it yourself. it will save you lots of headache. And keep you from getting overcharged. Took my car in to get my interior detailed. next day after getting it back I noticed they took out the manufacturers sun shade that is built into the rear window. I called them and they said they would have to call me back. two days went by so I called them again. I talked to someone that didnt seem to know whats going on and she said she looked and they dont have it. I asked to speak with her manager and left her my name and number. she said the manager was busy at moment and would call me right back. still no call. I suggest if you do decide to take your car there and over pay to get it detailed make sure everything is in the car when you pick it up. its a shame they could let something like this happen. I will never go back.

I stopped by with a winter-dirty minivan because I had a free voucher. It was around lunch time in the middle of the week and not very busy. There seemed to be quite a few employees around. A polite young lady greeted me and took the voucher. As I approached the entry, the two workers there seemed more concerned about talking then paying attention to cleaning my car. I saw something dribbled on a window but no attempt at getting stubborn dirt off the wheels or lower panels with a brush. The wash was quick with a large section of the tunnel devoted to heat lamps. You are dumped out practically into the street and on your way. The wash was OK, but I guess I am used to someone being at the end of the wash to towel off any remaining water, make sure things are OK, and thank you. Im not sure why they have attendants. Works in a pinch though.

If I could I would give this place "0" stars. Took my truck in today for a wash... only reason I went is because I had a free wash as a gift from a former employer. I paid for the upgrade so I could get the inside vacuumed out. They did a terrible job. Car is very spotting, dog hair still all over the place. When Cloister Car wash was here, you know you got what you paid for. Now it is higher prices and less cleaning. I agree with others. Mr Hotshine is not very hot....cloister car wash needs to come back into the area. Love the job they did. Will not ever go back to Mr Hotshine again... Mr Hotshine? More like Mr if youre stupid enough to come here, well scam you out of your money.

Attn: Mister Car Wash Ephrata PA ... Please sell the business back to Cloister Car Wash because they did a fantastic job. The Premium Exterior Express wash job your company gives is horrible and SUCKS at best. After your company took over the operation, they eliminated the pre-wash spray and post wash wipe down and now my car is still dirty and is covered with water spots because the air dry feature at the end of the line does not remove all soap and wax solutions. The tire spray treatment is also sub par. Get a grip and improve or I wont be back after my pre-paid card has been spent. Very frustrating!

Ever sense Mister Car Wash took over the quality has gone down tremendously. Went there Sunday had a $10 off coupon for a platinum express car wash. Told her I wanted inside and out. Was told the price went up to $32. I gave her my coupon, and credit card to pay, now Im no mathematician but the last time I checked $32 minus $10 is $22, so why was I charged $25. Called the place and was basically give the run around. So I called there corporate number, still waiting on a return call. Bottom line, is they do a horrible wash job, dont honor there coupons and have even worse customer service.

Have taken my car here twice for PA state inspection. They havent tried to ding me for anything broken or over worn even though they arent like many other places ive take my car for inspection. But i go over my car and fix or replace things before i take it in for inspection. Ill continue to take my car here, it was fast and easy, no appointment needed. Plus theres a long john silvers and popeyes next door to kill some time.

I have been going to the Ephrata location regularly for couple years. I have been very disappointed the last two times Ive had an oil change and an interior and outside car wash. the oil change cost more than $30 from when it was the cloister. and since theyve upgraded the car wash it doesnt get my vehicle as clean. plus the last time I had the interior cleaned I could still wipe my hand across the dash and be dirty with dust

Since this location changed ownership I have become disappointed with it. It seems to me that there is a push to sell you the most services and bonuses are awarded to the person who sells the most additional services at the end of each week. While my car was clean at the end I felt like I was a wounded fish and a shark was on my tail when I first pulled up and told them what I would like done.

Another highly recommended place to be not only do they do a great job washing your car on the inside and out they have a great oil change center right on site seems to be very moderate priced. And just in case thats not enough they do have Doggie wash that you can bring your pet and clean him up just like new LOL

Way too long for an oil change!! Watch the driver put my truck in park while he was still moving, I bet he doesnt do that with his vehicle!! I asked for 36psi in the tires, sensors showed that they were still low. Last time!!!

I pull in I was told 30min wait till they could get to my car. 54 minutes later I left. My car was backed out from the front of the bay and a customer that arrived after me was put in front of me. I will never return there.

Not the worst place to go but seriously? Charging $44.99 for a cabin air filter that I could get at any parts store for less than $20 is completely insane. Never ever having them change that again
