Very unreliable about hours. Sign said 0900-1900 for Saturdays. I called the number on the sign on the building at 0915 and the person said "Someone is on the way. Theyll be there in 15 minutes." Well, its 1030. Four trucks waiting. Still no one. I guess they dont want the business, so time to go somewhere else that is reliable about being open. Exit 77 has a better truck wash, is open when they say will be open, and does a better job.

Got there around 5am needed clean out of trailer for Hershey load. Only to find out they dont open toll 8am the list of hours and three phone numbers outside was the only cantact I had with them till I got a phonecall at 8:10am asking if someone was here. I said no. He told me someone should be here in 15 minutes. Its been 25. Buff said about this place that offers so called after hours washouts that dont mean it.

If you are answering the phone for a business then act like it. You are the first impression and after the way you answered and spoke on the phone I decided that I didnt want to support your business. I gave 3 stars only because I didnt use your service so I didnt want to give you 1 star purely off of a phone conversation.

After waiting 3 hours (even tho there were only 2 trucks in front of me) to get in i must say this is the worst wash Ive ever gotten 1 of the guys did a decent job on his side of the truck but the taller skinny guys wasnt good at all, all he did was cuss and complain the whole time

Dont go to this place had a bad experience with the dude they do not take efs checks and he I expect you to pay the check cashing fee and the wash right out of your pocket will not be going back here

This place is slow. Hope you have a fresh 14 because youll need it here. Took 40 plus minutes to wash one truck.
