I went here after my husband purchased me a gift card for an interior and exterior wash on my car. I had the opportunity stop in today, and while the exterior was very clean after going through their wash system, I was not at all impressed by the attention to detail on the interior cleaning of my car. On the inside, there were still dirty spots and leftover food particles in seatbelt area left from my toddler. I should have looked more thoroughly before leaving to make sure it was clean, but for how expensive it is, I didnt think I would need to. I called to explain my disappointment when I realized how bad the interior looked and was told they would put a note in my file, and next time I came back they would send me through the wash again at no charge and a manager would look over my car to be sure it was clean before leaving. I drove 20 minutes back the same day to get it cleaned again. I went through the wash, inside and out, and looked at my car again when it was done being detailed. Unfortunately, the same dirty spots were present on the backseat, never wiped, and the same food was stuck in the seatbelt area. A manager never came to see me or my car, and no one seemed to care that this was my second time back in the same day. I told the young man nearby about the issue and he took care of it. However, it seems like their care for the customers satisfaction is just lip service. Poor service.

Horrible!! 1st time I went I got scratches all over the hood of my car from the brushes and they do not remove antennas. I called to let them know about the scratches and they had to "pull footage" of my car going through. They had me come back in and they did polish all the blemishes. A few days ago I thought Id try them again. I had the exterior and interior done and when I got home, I realized that they had thrown one of my magnets away when they cleaned the interior (it had been removed to go through the wash.) I called and again they said they would have to pull the "footage" of the interior of my car being washed.....however, they pulled my car into the parking lot to finish vacuuming and cleaning the interior!! I will NEVER go back there again!!!

I had a Ford Freestyle to get detailed and from past experience I was looking forward to having a very clean vehicle when done. We had another vehicle detailed there before and it looked tremendous when it was done. Not so this time. I paid for the most expensive detail and also the bar wax which is supposed to help get out minor scratches. Not impressed with the price and the service I received. The center console still had diet in it as well as the glove box on the dash. The exterior looked like it was hand waxed. I question if the bar wax was even done. Quality and customer service has greatly declined since Mike Mountz sold the business. Its a shame. Cloister Car Wash and Lube used to be top notch. Cant say that anymore.

BEWARE! DO NOT GO HERE! I have always had my oil changed at my local garage but was in a pinch with time and decided to try this place on my lunch break. My van is now leaking oil for the very first time. Took my van back and OF COURSE they said it was not from the oil change they did? They were the last people to touch my van. They also said the leak was in the rear and not sure how that could be since the oil on my garage floor is in the front. Had someone at work look at my van and sure enough the leak is in the front. Would not even give them the one star that I had to give in order to post this review.

Ive always had good interactions with most of the staff at Mister. The car wash service is on par with anything else similar Ive seen. The 24 hour pet wash has saved me twice after the dog tangled with a skunk and is well worth the $5-7 for not having to clean up our bathroom after even a general dog bath. The car service is reasonably priced -- the oil change is less than the average 10-minute place and I payed less to have a headlight changed than I would have just to get the bulb at the auto parts store. And the whole place is very comfortable to hang out at while youre waiting for your car.

This car wash has both automatic wash services with cloth brushes and diy facilities. It also offers pet wash facilities. I havent used the oil and lube services here, but they appear to do a brisk business. The staff does a wonderful job on interior cleaning, from quick interior vacuum to detailing. The waiting area is attractive, with an old-time decor. You can watch your vehicle being cleaned (interior) while enjoying a free beverage and popcorn. The business offers several wash options and multi-wash packages, too.

They over charge and provide crap customer service. My 5.7 Hemi take 7 quarts of oil so they charge me an extra $10 for 2 quarts that come out of a barrel. Two weeks after the oil change the oil light is coming on after I start the car and it sucks the oil up into the motor. Sitting still after 15 min, it is in the middle of add and full. If I had a customer go through the trouble of bringing it back, I would have added a 1/2 quart of oil to keep a happy customer... I wont be taking anything back to them....

Cloister/mrhotshine/mrcarwash, whatever theyd like to call themselves is a garbage establishment. If you value your car at all, do not take it there. They put the wrong oil in my car and refused to do anything about it. Then proceeded to he rude, insult me, and imply that Im an idiot. Ive never received such poor service and direspect. The "acting" manager refused to give me the managers number and lied to my face. Horrible, horrible, customer service, and they might as well have stolen my money.

Disappointed! When I arrived they explained nothing about their services to me just asked if I wanted inside or outside cleaned or both..nothing about detailing, etc. I paid $74 .. my seats looked terrible I thought theyd do something with them at least vacuum.. and they didnt even clean anything in the center near console. I didnt have time to have them take it back in and redo a third time so I let it go and was on my way. I actually had to clean a lot of what they missed on the inside.

Poor service especially for the price. Its a case of too many cars and too little caring. When busy service is rushed and results are poor. I had our car in for a platinum interior and exterior cleaning ($32). They missed several areas for cleaning, including the dirt in the accompanying picture at the passenger side footwell. Employees seemed more concerned with getting the line down (it was a busy day), than doing the job properly. Definitely not worth the price.

Every time I come here they never do exactly what I pay them to do! They a bunch of kids working and not enough adult supervision and making sure the job is being done right! Their always playing around and acting as if their doing something to or putting something in it that shouldnt be there! Its pathetic, Ill have to start going somewhere else because apparently the new owners dont take their business seriously, I liked it better when it was Cloister!
