Their service is bad i went today 4/30/17 at 10:36a.m and i paid for and Special "D" package which is Exterior wash,Underbody, Tire gloss, Polyprocess and Autoglass. I wiped my whole entire car by myself and the rims and put my own tire gloss on and this has been and on going process everytime i go there. They leave water spots everywhere they Do Not wipe it down good at all everytime i have been i cleaned my own car literally everytime because its just sitting there and they dont offer to help when i paid my money and i have never got what i have paid for. My mother went and she asked the manager which his name is Rashad could he not wipe the body of the car off with the same cloth he use to wipe the rims and tires off in a nice way and he told her well its in the procedure and she said ok but could you please not use the same cloth and he told her "well you dont have to come back here" in a nasty way and he aslo offended an older man out there when he told my mother that. Its bad business and horrible customer service even some of the managers.

They are not thorough... You always have to check your vehicle and ask them to wash again especially the inside. Maybe Im used to the north were they detail your car fast and very well. Here its slow and mediocre. I am now dealing with a mobile service to detail my luxury cars. Yeah you work hard for something you want it cleaned right! What kind of place doesnt offer ultimate packages like wax and upgraded detail? They could be getting more business? Third time trying and now I haves moved on. Mobile guys will clean your car in the parking lot at your job so its no travel or inconvenience.

I went thru for just an exterior wash and a hand dry. I forgot to do the undercarriage wash which i had a coupon for a free one with a wash purchase and was the whole reason of me going bc of salt from snow. I went back thru and was prepared to pay the money again and they let me keep the coupon for next time and even let me go thru for free. As if that wasnt enough, they also hand dried it again. Great customer service. Always pleasant and fast. Made my day!!!

I paid $30 for a very shabby job. The exterior of my car still had white streaks on it, also the interior was not properly cleaned or vacuumed. For example, my dashboard, the door handles and corners of my car still had dust present. I didnt notice until I drove off. I should have paid for an express instead of the so called managers special because thats what I received. Im highly disappointed.

This place sucks!!! The first three months I started going, they were doing very good and this was Oct 2009...ever since then, I literally have to tell them to re-wash my car every visit...and as of today Jan 2012 I have had it them! wayne I agree wash your car before going!!! SSS please come to hampton! BLACK TL

I paid for the double polyprocess and everything was great except they did not wipe down anything. The only interior they did was vacuum. I had to go and buy some car wipes to do it myself. What they did do looked good but Im pretty upset that I paid and tipped for a service that was not done.

It was the first and last time will be going there. Ok,my car hadnt been clean for a few days, it was a lil dirty. But after the wash at this place no way my car should be looking ten times worst than i went there with. Save your money people, this is not a place to go.

I agree with Brook.. They are not thorough.. You better of doing it yourself. Dont waste your money at this place. I spoke with the "manager" and he displayed no concerns about the fact that they left trash inside the vehicle.. Definitely do not recommend!!!!

The staff was very friendly and professional. My car was cleaned quickly, but thoroughly. They wouldve received 5 stars if they hadve taken care of an odor that was in the waiting area, and put my mats back properly on the driver and passenger side of my car.

Hate it would never go back there they take their time with your car but they do not clean it properly. The same straw that I had on my floor in my backseat they never touched it. Paid 30 bucks for nothing I was better off taking my car to va beach

Always have to point out the areas that they missed. I have a black suv and it seems like they always have it sitting and letting the water dry which leaves water spots. Plus most if the time theres soap left on it.

Second time there. Figured maybe someone had a bad day the first time. Save your money. I bought their most expensive package and my vehicle is still very dirty. They didnt even vacuum the back seat.

After the car was soaked from the rain one would expect the brushes would have an easy time. Waste of time and big bucks. So called wax polish was proven to be a hoax. There was no wax.

One of he store managers name "Ricko " is excellent!!! Very professional and takes pride in his job and getting cars clean and smelling good.

You have to tell them to redo your windows, I hate that especially when youre paying over $25 to get your cat washed. Like hand washing better.

They seem to be more about quantity than quality of work. Have had to return more than once for a re-wash.
