Everytime I have ever taken my car to Rainbow it has been a spotless clean, inside and out. Customer service is excellent, workers never harass for tips, infact u practically have to push the tips in there hands. They go to great detail to ensure your car is fresh and clean inside and out. I have taken my car there filthy from road salt and grime, and literally in 15-20 minutes comes out looking like it was the day I bought it, flawless. I strongly recommend this establishment for your car washing needs. Remember, I am in no way connected to Rainbow, this post comes from ONLY personal instances I have had in dealing with Rainbow. The only negative, if there are any, is the building itself seems a little dated. Most times the veiwing windows are smudged with soap, making it difficult for people to watch there cars being washed. (mostly its kids who car about this) But what matters most? The car wash!

They take the time to know their repeat customers. They chat with kids with actual interest. They have a neat ramp thats been there forever that kids can walk up and watch the cars get washed. They bust their butts in cold, and hot weather. When you tip, its not like youre tipping just one, they respect each other and at the end of the day those tips are split between every hard worker. TIPPING is a good idea, its like waitressing. These guys really work for it. Heres my advice always tip a minimum of $5 (if you can).

Been going here for 15 years but wont be back. I keep a bowl of quarters under my drivers seat for emergencies. Happened to also have a camera chip from my last trip in there. Low and behold, found the bowl stuck between the back seats this morning and the quarters and chip gone. Thieves. Doubly insulting since I always give a tip to both the back guys and front AND because they didnt even wipe all the surfaces properly. Disgusted with these crooks.

As I drove into the wash I agree with previous reviews, it didnt look like much. However, when I stopped and watched the work they were doing, I was very impressed. This is the first time Ive been to this car wash and the result was wonderful. The people were also very friendly and courteous. This place did a top notch job on my car. I wish Id found them when I moved to Baltimore 18 months ago.

Ive tried car washes from Bel Air down to Columbia and keep coming back to Rainbow. Agree with note above that the facility doesnt look like much from the road, but they do a really nice job and they do that each and every time. Not sure if it is the products they use, the way they wash their towels, or what, but whatever it IT is - it works. Good, fair value too.

took my car here April 2016 I paid 27$ for platinum plus which is the "best" package deal u can get..... all they did was vaccummed and sent my car through the machine... something I could have did at a gas station. it was still bird droppings on the outside alone with a lot of other stuff and dust was still in the inside untouched ... very disappointing

Disappointed. The employees are nice. The service is okay. I purchased the higher end service on both occasions and yet my car was still not as clean as I would expect given what I paid. I can appreciate employees getting customers in and out quickly but Id rather wait an extra 5-10 minutes to have them do a better job.

Had my truck washed here several times and always did a good job. The last time the brushes clearly left marks on my truck and they absolutely refused to help. Flat out denied anything could happen like that. Im not one for handouts but I was extremely put off by their behavior when this occurred

The girl behind the desk was very nice and helpful. Paid $19 plus a tip for the classic wash. The hood of my car still has dirty marks, they did not clean my rear view mirror, and there were smudge marks on the inside of my windshield.

Awesome car price and the price is very low. I have been to a lot of car washes and this is far the best. I do have to agree with the other reviews about the outside of the building, but other then that no complaints.

As hard as we all work to get a pay check and then to spend $27,.. with tip ...on a half ass job car-wash..Something happen in 2016, this place is going down hill!!!
