I am very much disappointed with the service I had with an amateur stylist who literally spoiled my haircut, she didnt even know how to take partition for a hair cut, and to top it all , she burned the side of my cheek with the hair dryer so imagine the amount heat from the hair dryer which damaged my hair as well as my cheek,she didnt have any knowledge about the hair color she put on my hair(as I asked her if that was ammonia free, she replied she didnt know), I had to visit my dermatologist for the burn scar. I read a lot of good reviews about this saloon and finally made it but then turned out to be a disaster. Why would they let someone who is not professional Enuf to handle clients, paid 105 dollars for haircut and color, I dont think so I deserve this. She didnt even wipe the hair color properly from my forehead as well as my neck. Horrible...

I was recommended by a family friend to get my hair done at DeCola...best decision I ever made! By far the best haircut I have ever gotten and the most satisfied and confident I have ever felt leaving a salon! Lou is an incredibly talented and experienced hairdresser who has truly perfected his craft. He was extremely friendly and personable and actually took the time to explain the techniques he was doing so I could replicate them at home! Hes AMAZING. I definitely will be booking an appointment again soon! Lou did a remarkable job! SO happy I discovered DeCola! :)

Lou DeCola always does such a fantastic job with my color and this last time around was no exception! He provides suggestions and is always in the know about the latest, trending coloring techniques. Hell also give me his honest opinion about whether a new style or color that Im thinking about trying will "work" for me, and I totally trust his opinion since hes never steered me wrong! I always walk out of the salon feeling like a million bucks and, I swear, so many people (friends and strangers alike, you can ask my family!) ask me where I get my hair done!

The salon is ok, Id say a step above Hair Cuttery. Ive gone two times, and each time I wasnt really into the haircut that I received (plus, I had to trim extra because it was uneven). And it was really just a little shaping, and a few inches cut. Ive left BOTH times thinking "I should of went somewhere else". But, the price is nice, so I think thats why Ive gone two times. I definitely noticed a difference with more expensive salons vs. lower priced. Next time, I will be looking for somewhere else.

I saw Darlene today for the first time and have never been happier! I usually dont write reviews, but had to with this one. I asked for a simple layered cut and a red to blonde balayage. I was nervous because I had never been there before and have had the worst luck finding a stylist I trust since moving. I have finally found her and I am so grateful for the wonderful job she did. Highly recommend this salon and Darlene to anyone looking for a fun color and solid cut. Will be going back!!

I went twice. The first time, my cut was okay but nothing horrible or particularly good. The second time, my haircut was terrible. It didnt seem to ever hang quite right because the cut was uneven. She also cut my daughters hair and spent half of the time trying to sell my daughter on their products. My daughter is only 14! The woman who cut my hair is very nice, but just not that good. I know of another customer who had the same experience. I would not recommend it.

Amazing salon! I have been there plenty of times. The prices were reasonable and everyone there was so nice! I had a great conversation with the stylists as I was getting my hair cut and colored. My haircut came out great and I love it every time that I go there. They know exactly what you want when you tell them and if you do not know what you want they suggest things and help you create your perfect haircut! I will definitely come back again and again.

I had my first haircut with Lou, and before starting, he and I talked about my hair, and what Id like. Lou showed me photos of haircuts he thought matched what I was looking for, so I could let him know, yes for this, no for that, a little more this, and a little less that, etc. After that, I had a great wash, and then the haircut. I think this is clearly the best haircut Ive ever had. I intend to live a very long time, so please, Lou, never retire!

After 13 years with the same stylist I decided it was time to make a change. I booked a color appointment with Lou and absolutely love the results. He took tired old highlights and gave me an updated, trendy look. He took the time to explain to me what he wanted to do and why and the end result is amazing. Decolas Salon is hands down the best salon Ive ever been to! The staff are friendly and welcoming and Lou is a master at doing color and crafting a haircut that fits your style and type of hair. Prices are very reasonable and high end products are available for purchase but there are no "hard sell" pitches to buy them. I highly recommend visiting this salon!

This was my first time at DeCola and I had Rich color and trim my hair. I am hesitant about letting someone color my hair after going to other salons and having it messed up, but Rich made me super comfortable and confident in him and it came out amazing! I will definitely be going back and keeping Rich as my stylist as long as possible.

Rachelle Jones has been coloring my hair for the past 7 or 8 years. I do change it up from time to time but have learned...to bring my ideas to Rachelle and then she, with her experience can tell me the outcome and will guide me to choosing what is right for me. Not only does she know her craft, but takes time to know her clients.

I have to color my hair. For years and many different salons ( as well as trying it at home!) I tried to get my real color. No luck. Until I went to Lou. I almost cried when I saw the result. My search is over! I found this excellent salon in Exton. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is warm and modern. The pricing is sensible. My appointment was with Diane and she is fantastic. She listened to exactly what I wanted and my hair turned out beautiful. Spread the word!
