Walked into headliners my first time there at 3:47 didnt realize they closed at 4:00 when I saw their sign !! I told them I was sorry for coming so late that I would come another day!! They were more then happy to tell me not to worry about it they would still cut my hair!!! I was thrilled but felt so bad!!! Colleen who was suppose to end her workday was so friendly and did not act annoyed at all that I just changed her plans for the next 45 minutes!!! We enjoyed friendly conversation the whole time and when she was finished I was overwhelmed with the result of my hair!!! I have very thick hair that I have a hard time managing she did a excellent job!!! Ty so much Coleen for everything especially staying late to make my day!!! Also thanks to Bob the owner hes friendly and also took time to talk with me!! Very nice place !!!
