I will never go back to this shop, the ladies that were in the shop were rude and acted like I didnt exist. AFTER 5 MIN standing in front of them they finally spoke to me and said what are you needing done. When I Told them one of them said after the other girl checks the two ladies out that was buying product. They were so busy enjoying there conversation my sister and I decided to set down and wait. After they laughed and talked at the cash register for a while one spoke up and said its going to be at least 20 min. I said, why so long I dont see anyone waiting. She then said we have two customers right here. The two that had been standing talking with them for at least 15 min by then. I said I will just go somewhere else, she said fine and turned back to her conversation. So RUDE.

I took my eleven year old daughter there to have the ends trimmed up on her straight, one-length long hair. This is one of the easiest cuts to do. The childs price (under 12) was $10. They charged me $20, which is the price for the full wash, cut & style for an adult. When I complained they said, "Nope - youre wrong. Thats the price." They werent very friendly to begin with, so thats the end of that. Yeah - I wont go back.
