Six months ago, I was on a walk with my husband. I tripped with my right leg falling into a ground hog hole I never saw till it was too late. I twisted my knee so bad I could barely walk for that day. The pain did subside, but never went completely away. Even if I laid wrong in my sleep I would wake up with horrible pain in my knee. I never went to the Doctor because I knew that it would be an operation for sure. Every step I took was painful.... just enough to make me know to be ware of how I would step or twist my leg. It even had these horrible cracking sounds when I would bend my knee the wrong way. Yesterday I got a pedicure like I never had in my life. Natasha rubbed, lotioned, and oiled as she hit pressure points even wrapping my feet in hot towels as she applied polish to my toes. Never did I ever have this kind of pedicure. I took notice when I got home and walked in our long walkway to the house that I had no pain in my knee. What on earth did she do to my foot that affected my knee Ill never know. I am ever so grateful and will request and recommend her to everyone I know. So far I am pain free. It sounds too good to be true that I hardly can believe it. Thank YOU so very much Natasha. Im just amazed still not believing it and just waiting for the pain to reappear. I am so happy! I have always heard that there are pressure points in your feet that can affect your entire body. I never believed it before, but am now a believer thats for sure. Thank you again for a super job well done. Mary Hess

I was at the Pottstown salon 2 weeks ago and I was greatly disappointed! I was attending a family function and went in to have my hair styled and for makeup application...Lets just say I was embarrassed at how I looked when I saw myself in the mirror! By the time I got home it looked like they had done nothing to my hair! I had to then straighten my hair my damn self. The girl who did my makeup was just as inexperienced and she claims shes been doing this for 5 yrs. Yet I did a better job while having to redo it myself and I have zero yrs experience. Where was their mastery of skills that I as a customer paid for! That truly just pissed me off because I had been there before a couple yrs ago for a cut and coloring and received outstanding service! Well now I know that next time I will be asking for someone who has many years of experience!

Let this public proclamation be known that my family loves the Pottstowns L&L location because we receive a consistent quality of service over the I think 10+ years of frequenting. Frankly, its the fantastic staff that keeps us coming back to a great establishment. My only real significant long-standing grievance with L&L that makes me 100% unnecessarily angry is that they never have offered "a complimentary limo service (with bar, TV, XM Radio, and Netflix may I add...) to and from my home" which is about a 7 or 8 minute walk!

Ive used Melinda, Maria and Natasha over many, many years. Amazing Service and total mastery over the knowledge required to be a superior service provider. They are all really excellent at their jobs and go more than a few steps further than any other hairdresser that Ive ever encountered in regard to providing a superior service using superior products. I am a regular customer because of this and refer people whenever I get a chance.

Extremely disappointed/upset. Whilst everyone is pleasant and polite, Im disturbed by my first and last $55 haircut at Lords&Ladies. Far too short. At least 4-5 inches were taken off, when I asked for a trim. The shape / structure I had has been decimated. Learned my lesson. Never again.

Dawn is the best!! I drive over an hour just to see her. She worked really hard to find me the perfect hair color, and did the most amazing job ever for my wedding hairdo. Love her! :)
