I hate to be the first bearer of bad news, however I was not thrilled with the service performed. I randomly walked in looking for a full set and and gel manicure. My wait was a bit long and the person doing my nails didnt speak English very well, which wasnt a problem until I was trying to describe the shape and length I wanted. I ended up showing her a picture of EXACTLY what I wanted but she still asked what length I preferred which was a back and forth game until she finally just cut and shape them not to my particular liking anyway. Some nails were thicker than others with the acrylic powder and did not cover my entire nail, which led to uneven growing and needed a refill much sooner rather than later (within the same week). The service was nearly $50 for maybe a week of wear. Severely disappointed, especially after doing such extensive research and seeing the great reviews. I thought I had finally hit the jackpot in finding a good nail salon in Pottstown. I guess I need to keep looking.

I just went there and spent $109 dollars to get my nails done eyebrows done... Let me tell you I got down the street and noticed that they messed up my eyebrows so badly I have an arch on my right and a round arch on my left. I come there to get good service I dont mind the price, but not only did I feel uncomfortable and rushed to get me what I wanted done... i also got my eyebrows messed up. I wear them naturally and dont wear make up so to make a mistake and give me very bad service is unacceptable. I was getting black gel on my toes and had to sit it in this awkward position just for the man to paint them and let them dry on this old u v dryer. Not a fair price or good service....SCREW YOU....IVE NEVER HAD SERVICE THIS BAD AT A NAIL SALON...YOU CAN SAY ONE THING IS FOR SURE WHERE EVER THEY ADVERTISE THEIR SERCIVE I WILL BE POSTING PICTURES OF THIS CATASTROPHIC MISTAKE ON MY FACE!!!

First time I came here to get a full set, the guy was completely clueless.. I wanted simple white nails with a little tan design ... Kept asking me stupid questions till the point I just said forget it keep my nails white... He got angry and started being rough with my hands.. Thought Id give it another shot today... Came in to get pink nails with a simple heart on it ... It happen to be him again .... He cut my finger twice.. Couldnt do the heart... He made a straight line .... No joke.. He got angry again... Completely rude & rough.. Pulling on my fingers ... Today it was to the point I told them to take off all my nail polish and Ill take my nails elsewhere.

New Image Nails Salon is the best nail salon so far that I went to in Pottstown. I was a nail bitter and Tracey the manager or owner said to me one day while my daughter was getting her nails done that she can put nails on me and my nails will start to grow and they did and my nails look so much better and I get alot of complaints about my nails now. When someone asks me who does my nails I say Tracey from New Image Nails Salon. Wonderful place and alot good work from everyone that works there.

Amazing customer service! Everyone at New Image Nail & Tanning Salon is so friendly and welcoming. As soon as you walk in the door they will assist you. Everyone that has ever done my nails at this nail salon always made sure that my nails were perfect and were exactly how I wanted them. Their services are at a very low cost with high quality results. I recommend this nail salon to everyone! By far the best nail salon that I have ever been to.

I have been coming here for years! Love this place! Very friendly. Comfortable waiting area with t.v. Clean pedi spa massage chairs with table arm rest. Latest nail polish and nail jewelry. Affordable tanning and waxing is a plus. You can purchase your own set of nail files (if you have a germ phobia). Very clean and the best part is you get a discount card that you can use at each visit. Thank you nail image your the best!

I love New Image! There is no nail salon anywhere close that has that skillset that New Image does. Nail art has become very popular, and the staff at New Image is able to fully replicate any picture or idea that you may have. Everyone who works here is extremely kind and welcoming, and makes you excited to return. I love the staff here and couldnt imagine being as happy with my results anywhere else!

I went to this nail salon yesterday to have my nails and toes done. I got to say they do a fantastic job. I highly recommend you go to them. You will be very happy after. There work is out of this world. Very nice people. Please stop wasteing your money going to crappy nail salons and go to a real salon new Image nails best experience i ever had was my first time there.

Love Tracey and how she does my nails. I have gone to different salons before and they always messed my nails up and I wasnt happy. Tracey always knows what I like and she does a different design for me every time I go. I will never go any place else again. TRACEY IS THE BEST!!!!

Ive been coming here for over 5 years & i always leave satisfied with the work of the team here. Everyone here is nice & I always get a picture of my nails taken. From the eyebrows to the pedicures! I will never go to another nail salon but new image nail and tanning ! I love it here

Best nail salon ! Tracey is the best but everyone who works here is great at doing nails and pedicures. Very service oriented and exceptional at designs and up to date trends in nails. You can schedule an appiontment . Staff is very nice and friendly, the salon is very clean.
