I love my Mason

The guy is rude. There is a young girl that speaks zero English that messed up my eyebrows so bad. I should have known better than to let her do my brows. She took about 1/2" inch off the end of the right side, the arch is gone, and they are super thin. She shows me the mirror and I wanted to cry. She pointed to the side she messed up n said, "too much?" She started smiling and gave me a thumbs up like trying to convince me they look great. I pray they grow back.. The eyebrow situation is not even the worst part about my visit... Im getting a pedicure (which they did a good job at) and a lady came in with the WORST nail fungus I have ever seen in my entire life. All her nails were brown, thick, crooked, lifted... ugh I can go on. You would think they would turn her away! NO!! They proceeded to give her a pedicure and use the same nail file, same clippers, same everything as everyone else and even tho I left ahead of her Im sure they were all used again. I will NEVER go back to this place. I wanted to write this post so people are aware of what goes on when we are not there Or who may have sat in the chair before us. I was trying to take a video or pictures so I can show the board of health. This cannot happen! So gross. The lady needed a podiatrist not a manicurist.

I used to love this place. I would never let the man do my nails bc he is rude, ignorant, stinks, and makes you feel like you are an inconvenience. His wife used to do an amazing job. but when I went there 1 week ago he got so mad bc I didnt want him starting my nails until his wife was ready. as she was doing my nails I realized she wasnt doing the job she used to. after I paid her he proceeded to throw a tube of vitamin e lotion at me. its been 8 days and every one of my.nails are lifting. they have never done that, they always lasted me 3 weeks or better before I would need them filled. I am very disappointed with this place.

The man who did my nails seems aggravated he was huffing & puffing the entire time! Also, as he switched using tools he was throwing them down. Then when he finished he had his coworker paint my nails (which isnt uncommon) but when I told her how I wanted them done, she told me no & that it wouldnt look good. I ended up here because I didnt have time to travel to my normal salon! What I was asking her to do I get done all the time & recieve compliments on how my nails look! Bad experience!!

I love when the owners wife does my nails, but the owner himself although friendly, always seems rushed and burns me with the dremel every time! Good prices and my nails never lift or break.
