I had an excellent experience at Salon Secrets Spa from the time I walked in until i left. I had just moved to the area and Salon Secrets was recommended to me. I was warmly greeted and given a welcome gift bag upon arriving, then I was taken on a tour of the salon and all of the services that are offered were explained to me. I had the most amazing and relaxing head massage by the woman who washed my hair before my hair cut. My stylist had a thorough consultation with me before she began cutting my hair, and I am pleased to say I am completely satisfied with my cut/style. I already have another appointment for a cut and color, and Im looking forward to trying some of the other services that are provided. I will be making appointments for my two daughters to get their haircuts here prior to them returning to college at the end of the summer, and I would recommend Salon Secrets to anyone looking for a wonderful full service salon.

From the time you walk in the door to a friendly greeting to the time you leave feeling relaxed and pampered, you are in for a treat. Salon Secrets is the best of the best. A highly skilled and professional staff is ready to meet your every need. You can simply try this salon for a great haircut but they offer so much more… nails, massages, microdermabrasion, facials and laser hair removal And after your services, you can even treat yourself to some new jewelry or a great outfit at Bella Boutique located right inside the salon. This salon has it all… timely service, great Aveda products, drinks and snacks for a little treat, a relaxing atmosphere but I have to say it’s the well trained, long term, warm and friendly staff that puts this salon over the top. Over my twelve years with them, I have recommended a countless number of people and they have all turned into long term customers. I think that says it all.

HORRIBLE experience - I went for just a consult - and I understand they are hairdressers and know what they are talking about but I have never felt more uncomfortable in my entire life - they made me feel like a poor person - looked at me like I shouldnt be there .... they also told me to go to Sallys Beauty salon and try it myself before they do anything - ok fine if thats the advice you want to give I understand but they were very very RUDE about it - I was in there for less then 2 min for the consult which I think is obsurd - atleast make some effort to come up with some other ideas or other colors that would be easier - I would be totally open for that but NO - they basically pushed me out the door it felt like . I guess I dont fit in to there " class " they want to serve. What a shame really dont judge a book by its cover.

I have been going to Salon Secrets since 2001....I have tried just about everything on my hair, from color, cut, long, short, bangs, no bangs, keratin, wedding up-do, etc, etc....My two daughters and my Mom have also all gone to Salon Secrets for 10+ years and same goes in terms of trying many different styles-we all have had the same great experience, time and again, year after year! Tiffany has an amazing team, all of whom are totally client focused, professional, friendly, wonderful.

Moving is disruptive, and superficial as it sounds, the worst part of it is finding a great salon. I have been going to Allison at Salon Secrets for 14 years, and if my husband ever tells me we have to move again, shes coming with me! Terrific stylist, great colorist, does everything she can to accommodate her clientelle. Plus it is always fun to catch up with her news. The salon has top quality services, Aveda products and a boutique full of great fashion. Whats not to love?

As a customer at Salon Secrets Spa for about 10 years, I have found the staff to be responsive and helpful. Recently I switched stylists since she understands how my hair must be cut and colored to suit my personal style and desire for an easy styling and blow-dry done on my own. I have not been happy with the manicure-pedicure I received there so I will not schedule another. I understand a new owner has taken over. My hope is the services will continue to get even better.

Extremely underwhelmed with the customer service here. I walked in looking to get my eyebrows waxed and when I asked if they had availability without scheduling an appointment, the 5 ladies sitting at the desk all smirked and laughed like I was asking something crazy. They said they didnt have anything open for 2 hours even though everyone was just sitting there. I will not return.

I found the customer service to be excellent. My hairdresser was great and took the time to explain things so that she gave me the cut I wanted. Some of their prices are a little high but not all prices so I would say it is worth checking out. They also have a lot of various services as a good spa would have.
