So I found Muse studio a year ago around my birthday and got a silk press and previously earlier thiS year. Being natural for the past 4-5 years I always went to Dominican salons where I either had to use a keratin treatment or extensive heat to straighten my hair. I loved the results! And my hair stayed straight for 2 weeks and reverted back to its natural state when washed. I recently took my sister yesterday who is very difficult when it comes to her taking care of her natural hair. I loved the results. Her hair looks healthy and the tons of dead hair was removed. I always feel taken care of there. The workers at the salon are fast , competent, friendly, and understanding with your questions. Im happy that I found them with my move to philly a couple of years ago.

I just read this horrible reveiw on this site, and its just very far from the truth ,This is ridiculous. Tracies salon is always clean and smells god I dont know where this John went ( THEY DONT EVEN SERVICE MEN ) but it couldnt have been at the Muse Hair Studio that I go to ,becaUse anyone who has ever gone to Tracie would know she is far from Getto as well as her staff , Ive been going to Tracie since the beginning of her career and now Ive moved out of the area ( I live in D.C. ) and I come back to Phila to get my hair done with my stylist she is the at best haircare & professionalism and she caters to a professional clientele Teachers, Nurses, etc... There is no way I would make this trip that is so out of my way if is wasnt worth it ,or it smelled NO WAY!

Just left! I am natural no perm or chemicals with some left over color in the front from a previous dye and I wear my hair straight on a consistent basis. Wanted something convenient as well as somewhere that focuses on hair care. Wait wasnt that long and the shampoo was really well done and thorough.Tracy also explained to me better ways to keep up with my hair when it was my turn. Id definitely recommend to a friend. Friendly and clean environment and staff makes you feel very comfortable.

I had a traumatic experience after I moved over an hour away from my stylist of 5 years. My hair was a nice healthy neck length (not quite shoulder length) Bob. I loved it....after moving I struggled to find another stylist that could care for my hair in the same manner. Once I find someone I like to stick to them....I think Ive found that person in Tracie!

Tracey is a true professional who keeps the best interests of her clients as a top priority with healthy hair the end result.
