I went there today after being recommended by my sister cause from what she told me and from what I saw every time she got her hair done I thought they be pretty good . Wrong theyre customer service is so horrible I walked in nobody greeted me, nor ask what I wanted nothing the lady just pointed me where to get my hair washed. Now I recently just took out a sew in and I know it was gonna be tangled from the glue and braids but Im not tendered headed the lady who washed my hair was so rough my scalp hurted so bad and wasnt considerate didnt ask did it hurt or was the water too cold she just did her own thing .I believe she was getting annoyed cause of how tangled it was but whatever. Now as for the blow dry and how the girl did my hair wasnt bad but overall they are the worst as for professionalism and communication with their customers I always had good communication wherever I go I wont be going back

And they shouldnt get that star...I walked in today for the first time..no one said nothing finally the girl looks at me says nothing and slapped a pen on the counter.."I guess that means sign in"...smdh..sat down observed other ppls hair which looked awful and instead of calling ppl on the list by name she says "next"!!...really?..I walked out on that note...horrible customer service...I.m new to the area too..anyway I.m now sitting at the salon I wanted to try in the first place on 270 n. 52nd st and their customer service is beautiful and all the womens hair look flawless...I will NEVER be back to el nati

Okay place to go. Of course there are certain people that does hair the best in these type of salons. I been goin for a couple of years but only 2 people will ever touch my hair and thats the youngest prettiest one with the big butt or last option the oldest lady in the chair by the desk only if the 1st option is unavailable. They talk waaaaaaaaayyyyyyy too much though! They dont shut up ever the whole time and you wanna get your hair therapy sometimes and dont wanna hear that sh***! Just keeping it real!

Love this place. This the only other place I trust to clip my hair. I went for a deep conditioner (no perm) and a trim and my hair Just been growing and healthier ever since. I was recommended by a Family member whose been going there for years.

Been going here for 5 years. Easy to establish a relationship with an operator. They know you and your hair. Shampooing is the most relaxing thing Ive ever experienced!

As soon as I went in I was greeted very quickly. Most salons burn my hair but not this one, she handled my hair with care and it looked great and lasted a month
