If I could give this place zero, and BELIEVE ME... I mean zero stars! I would have!!! Once my husband gets home from work today. (He works 1st into 2nd, I work 3rd) I will be posting photos of his hair cut. Aka the mess he was given. Yesterday my husband came to the Hanover location. ONLY because, all of the other salons in the area were closed. Upon being taken by Britney she made small talk. Where are you from? His response Littlestown, but originally Harrisburg my wifes local. So after we got married I moved here. Her next question was what do you think of the police officers in Littlestown? His response; I think their ass holes. Ive seen them give people tickets like crazy. Ive never interacted with them but, Yeah just ass holes. (Mind you this is a common knowledge of the area. Littlestown is known for speeding tickets. Ive lived here for 30 years and had never gotten one. Due to being a careful driver and everyone knowing you dont speed over the limit especially in town in littlestown). Id like to add the cops are good people Ive interacted with several of the more seasononed cops over the years, Ive had no reason to meet the new ones. Just aware as is everyone in town, that theres new faces being seen around our small town. They are a team of good hearted individuals who take their job seriously as they should. They were very kind when my father died, and I will always be thankful and appricate that. Its just you do often see people being stopped for going over the limit in town. Britney then told my husband her brother was a cop in littlestown. I am truly sorry that she acted as she did with baiting/goating my husband into a harmless negative comment. Then believing her own actions where justified by her association via family in the Littlestown police department. She cut his hair. The lines are completely waved in his fade. It looks like a 2 year old squiggled a fade line on the back of his head. The front top was left longer per my husbands request. He knew she was completely and epicly trashing his hair cut. There is a 1/4th inch dip chopped down in the center of the crown of his head. Several choppy areas across the top area of his head. The cut is uneven and lopsided; she herself considered this a finished cut. Britney talked my husband into a full bag of products to "style" the grotesque atrocity that she had the audacity to call a haircut. She obviously knew what a mess she made.... with out reason she gave him a discount on products. He hoped hed possibly style it so it wasnt as noticeable. He feared if he pointed out how bad it was. Her "repair" she would again retaliate. When I picked him up from leaving and going to buy our child a bathing suit.... I almost cried when I saw what Britney did to my husbands hair! He is to much of a gentalmen to address this. However, I am not as kind. He asked me to let it go. That Britney obviously is a woman who has "issues". That sometimes a man has to go a few places to find a good cut. Eventually Britneys behavior will catch up with her. The very lest thing I can do is warn others of what happened. Which is why I made this review, its my 1st review ever. If you go here protect your self do not get Britney. She is biased, unprofessional, childish, and needs to lose her job, or be reprimanded. I understand making small talk. Its part of the job and how tips are made. That being said baiting/goating someone to into a negitive comment in a conversation. Then not liking it, really? A sensible reaction would have been oh your from littlestown?! My brother is a cop there. Not hiding the fact she had relations on the force in littlestown, asking him what he thought of the cops. Then once being told a minor negitive responce reveliving her own personal association. For God sakes he doesnt even know nor did he mention any officers names! This needs to be addressed by management/corprate. If thats how staff at this place behave? They will find themselves lacking several good customers!
