I feel confident enough to go in and say "do what you want". When I am not sure what I want done with my hair, the Owner/Operator Laurie, has more than once used her vast experience and up to date knowledge to guide me. She has the ability to give you a style that will complement your facial features, and the talent to use the right color and/or highlighting to accent any style.
