Yesterday I had an appointment at 1pm, and was not seen until 1:30 PM... At first I let it slide, and didnt stress myself over it. Then I was apparently assigned Azi (sp?), which I was also okay with because she has cut my hair before, and the receptionist said she was a master stylist... I was excited. My birthday is on the 29th, and this is literally all I wanted to do! So I show her a picture of what I was looking for when it came to the color. Usually when I have gone to JCP in the past, they would show me swatches, and confirm the color I was looking for. She didnt. She went to the back and mixed her colors, and before she started I reminded her, more honey brown than blonde. My hair is already black with blonde highlights, I was looking for something different. I could already tell she was upset about something, and she didnt say much to me, i figured she was focused... She washed my hair, and put me under the dryer... As I was looking at the front of my hair with my phone I realized how much blonde was there... There was no brown! the color didnt take. I got back to the chair and told her there wasnt any of the honey lighter brown I asked for. She got irritated, mixed another color in the back and started on my hair again... It looked like a reddish paste... i dont know anything about hair color, and I asked her thats a lighter brown? She said yes. She washed my hair, and as shes washing, she asks so are you going home after this? I was puzzled, and asked arent you going to blow dry/style my hair? She replies to me with "My back hurts, and Ive been killing myself to make your hair look good, and I also have another client waiting for me... I have to go home soon, I cant." I was so irritated. I asked her can you brush my hair out, and possibly put a leave in conditioner on? Instead she handed me a comb... What? I combed out my own hair, and she then suggests that I sit under the dryer for a little so I can see the color... I didnt want to waste any more time, (at this time it was 5pm...) I sat under the dryer anyway, because my hair was soaking wet... I went to pay, and Azi and another stylist, didnt know how to pull my JCP card. Azi then got a nice lady from sephora to help with the process, both stylists stood over her for I assumed learning purposes. The lady found my card, and Azi told her make sure she adds tip... I thought I heard incorrectly.. But I signed after I put SSN in. The lady from sephora explained that the tip option didnt come up when she looked up the card... Azi then looks at the lady then back at me, and starts yelling about not being given a tip... She yells again, to me, "hey you didnt add tip!" I was kind of scared of the lady, and furious at the same time! It was ridiculous... First you make me wait 30 minutes, fine... Then you didnt put the right colors in my hair, because you were in a rush, and didnt confirm anything with me, didnt blow dry and style my hair like I asked for, and did not recommend any products like I asked for either? Ive been shopping at JCPenney forever. I come there for every thing... I also go to the Frederick and Wheaton store. Ive never had this type of customer service. I left the store crying, because I kept looking at my hair, and it was not what I asked for. Im beyond upset with the results and I paid $130.00 for this...

Went in for just a trim and got exactly that for a fraction of what other places charge. Very happy!
