We contacted Jason to help us purchase a house, based on a number of excellent reviews. Once we met with him, we felt that he was a perfect match for what we needed...and we were so right! Moving from Maryland to Pennsylvania, we had a lot of questions and spent a LOT of time with Jason searching for the right neighborhood and house. Throughout the entire process he was so patient and helpful, always available to answer questions and provide guidance. As we were looking at homes that required some renovation, we especially appreciated Jasons knowledge of construction, and his ability to provide cost estimates right on the spot. And then, once we did put a contract in on a house and hit a number of stumbling blocks....even up to the day of settlement....Jason was always there, moving the process along, providing us with updates, answering questions, and even calming nerves when needed. Always just a phone call or email away, we knew that we had a trusted professional helping us, and we are beyond grateful for the help he provided us along the way. We would absolutely, 100% recommend Jason to anyone, whether buying or selling a home, who is looking for an honest, knowledgeable, patient and helpful agent. Jason is the great!

We loved working with Jason. He was extremely professional and personable. We were first time home buyers, so we had plenty of questions to ask. He was able to answer all of them without hesitation and with accurate information. He lives in the town that we moved to, so he knew everything about the area, where to eat, how to get into town, where grocery stores were located, ect. He was always able to respond back to us at a reasonable time, even if we had questions that were after hours. Jason was able to get us the house we wanted, for the price we wanted, and in the area we wanted with almost no headache to us. There was an instance in the process where the builder wanted more money, and Jason was able to use his own connections to ensure that the price didnt fluctuate. I can say he went to bat for us and that we wouldnt be where we are now if it wasnt for him. Working with Jason was almost like working with a close acquaintance. Not too formal, but still very professional. We would recommend Jason to anybody that wants to buy a house in the surrounding area of Hanover. I can tell you from first hand experience that you wont forget it!

He is friendly, very quick to respond, very knowledgeable of the area and business, and he absolutely made me feel comfortable in every decision I made during the process. Buying a home was a HUGE step for me; it went so smoothly and he made it seem so easy. I felt confident with each showing that he had taken "me" personally into the equation as to whether or not a property would fit my needs and wants. He even referred me to a mortgage company close to my work that provided great service as well. I have already recommended Jason to my family and friends and will continue to do so whenever I have the opportunity. I found Jason online because he had an excellent record of closing deals near in price to what the house was originally listed at. To me that indicated that he was honest with sellers as to the true value of their property. My experience proved even better. He arrived for his initial interview (I was interviewing several realtors) over prepared and fully knowledgeable as to my property. He had done his homework ahead of time. He presented to us a complete plan on what he would recommend if the selling process became drawn out. He provided a professional photographer to get the best views of our house. He had the listing up and active within a few days on many websites. His use of electronic documents and communication made the process very timely and convenient. And he was very knowledgeable as to the market. Our house sold in five days!

Jason was friendly and professional. Jason has sold two houses for us. Both times he took beautiful pictures. He helped guide us through the selling process - what we should do when showings came through on the house, etc. He kept us up-to-date with anything we needed to know, was always available to answer questions and sold our house quickly and at a profitable price. On the first house we had a showing and offer within one weekend of listing it which ended in a quick settlement. We contacted Jason at the beginning of the year to sell our current house because we wanted more space/ different location. Jason listed and sold our house in 3 months. Jason was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. This was our first home purchase, as well as the first time dealing with a VA loan for an employer relocation. Very easy and with his knowledge I felt confident in my choices. Jason is very knowledgeable in every aspect, repairs, location, potential addition upgrades. The first house he recommended to me was the one I purchased. We did look at other propertys and he would know all the pros, cons, and weather he believed it was a good investment. The best decision I made when selling my house was to go with Jason Forry as my realtor. From the very beginning my wife and I were both very impressed with Jason and knew he was the realtor for us. We had a contract on our house in 2 weeks! He also helped us look at new houses and was always so patient answering questions and taking his time to make sure we were as informed as possible when looking at any particular house.
