Alex will be the nicest guy youve ever met until you want something from him. Then, shockingly, he will become unresponsive but continue to tell you exactly what you want to hear, only to deliver on nothing. It took weeks to get anything figured out, especially after I had moved out. They have no interest in talking to you if you arent providing them more money. In my 5 years of renting so far, these guys were DEFINITELY the worst. Again, fine while I was living there, and immediately miserable the second I paid last months rent. I also got less than 6% of my security deposit back despite leaving the place in a reasonable condition, in part because they tried to charge me $500 for letting my friend sleep on my couch while he was in a bad way.

It took them over a month to replace a broken dryer and when the finally got around to that, the washing machine broke. I spoke to a representative (her name is Josie) and asked her for an E.T.A for fixing the washing machine she became extremely angry that I was "asking all these questions" and told me she would no longer speak to me. Ill spare you the rest of the details, but it will suffice to say that I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this agency, and if you absolutely have to use them, do your best to avoid this woman.

Alex is the best landlord/agent that we have ever worked with. He went out of his way to find a rental that was a good fit for our family. Our place was spotless when we moved in and the only issue we ever had, with the shower, was fixed within 12 hours of emailing him.
