I am writing this review specifically about Harrison Williams. We met Harrison at an open house well over a year before we truly started our home hunt. We connected with him immediately, and were very impressed with his knowledge of the area and the current housing market. We met with him shortly after our introduction to discuss our plans in more detail. We knew instantly that Harrison was the agent for us. He listened to our needs and wants and helped us form realistic expectations for the buying (and selling) process. We decided to wait a year to buy, and appreciated Harrisons patience with us as we prepared to take the next steps. He stayed in touch with us and was always helpful, and never pushy. When it came time to start the process, Harrison was amazing. He was ALWAYS available to answer questions and meet us to tour homes. We wouldnt be in our beautiful home now were it not for Harrison knowing exactly what we were looking for and being our advocate. His knowledge of real estate and the buying process is unparalleled. He knows what to look for in a home and neighborhood, always thinking of things buyers may not have on their minds, as well as how to write a winning contract. Proof of this is that we won the bid for our home without being the highest offer! He knew we loved this home and made sure that we would shine in the sellers eyes without giving up too much. If you are in the market for an agent, look no further. Harrison is worth his weight in gold!

I found Harrison Williams to be a wonderful realtor. He is a skilled negotiator and takes the time to really understand the client, therefore providing valuable input in visiting and selecting homes. He is knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and readily available when you need him. We contacted the Debbie Dogrul and Associates when we found out we were moving into the area due to a military change of station. I received a recommendation for her agency and thought they could provide me with valuable insight into the Northern Virginia area and housing market. We were fortunate enough to be paired with Harrison for our housing search. He spoke with my husband and I over the phone about our requirements and wishes. We conducted our initial home search long distance and then came out for a week to look at potential houses.
