If I could give a no star rating, I would. This has been the worst experience ever. They were listed on the U-Haul site, so I thought they should be an OK company. I wanted to purchase a clearance sectional from Sams Club but they wouldnt deliver since on clearance. I called them BEFORE I made the purchase to make sure they could deliver. They said they could deliver on Tuesday on Monday I went to Sams and bought the sectional and took my receipt to them so that they could pick it up whenever they had a chance on Tuesday. Josh said it would be delivered in the afternoon. I texted them on Tuesday at 4:15 after calling and getting no answer asking if they were still able to deliver and I got no response. Wednesday morning I went back to their office and Josh assured me that it would be delivered before five. That didnt happen so I texted him (because they wouldnt answer the phone) and said I was coming for my receipt Thursday. When I got there, he wasnt there and neither was my receipt. It has been more than a week and I still havent heard from them. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont use this company!

The guys for AMI were faced with a fairly complicated and heavy task to move a desk and several pieces of furniture into our new home. They did so with great care and thoughtful planning in how to complete the task. Nothing was broken and no walls were damaged. They placed all the furniture where we wanted even to the point of asking how close to the wall we would like them (tight to the wall or with a gap). The guys were friendly and respected our request that they wipe their boots upon each reentry to the home (it was raining). We would have given a 5 star review had they been a bit more punctual and worked to communicate their arrival time. However after talking to the owner I believe this will be taken care of in the future. I would recommend them without hesitation if family friends or neighbors were in need of getting something moved into their home.

Rude delivery men...totally unprofessional. Damaged our wall and front door during delivery. Spoke with owner/manager several times who assured me a contractor would be over to repair damage. Contractor did not call and no showed 3 seperate times after we changed plans to be home for him. Owner/manager also advised he had cameras on the truck... Also not true. Men also did not take our old mattress which was part of our service as they were to busy trying to get out of here after damaging our home. Now we were forced to file a claim through their insurance after gathering information from QVC and MDX group whom they sub for. Nothing "Advanced" about this company. Avoid unless you want your home and belongings damaged. They will not make it right even if you give them the opprotunity to do so without involving insurance. Dont waste your time.
