Truly a terrible experience. I wasnt going to be able to be at the receiving end of the move so I spent a lot of time going over the details of my move and how I wanted all the items delivered into the garage/basement (no stairs) and was told no problem. I also had a few valuable/sentimental pieces that I had planned to have the movers bring special boxes for to ensure their safety. All of this was confirmed multiple times with the office. The office did a terrible job communicating with the movers. The movers were told the wrong time to arrive, had no boxes on the truck (and one treasured item was delivered dented and a couple other items broken), and the items were placed on the main level, which was under construction. After calling the office, I got no response after the first call. Corporate also failed to follow up my call. Maybe other franchise locations are different, but save yourself lots of money, stress, and hassle... rent a uhaul and pay some movers to load and drive it for you and unload it. You will save thousands of dollars an interstate move and wont have as many headaches!!

First and foremost, no one likes to move and I am certainly at the head of the list of individuals who support that sentiment. The entire process is cumbersome from start to finish. First, you have to decide where you want to go, pay a deposit, and sign a long-term commitment. Next, you have to decide how the things that you currently own are going to fit into your new home and what needs to be purchased and of course what needs to go away. And then you have to figure out how to make your things magically move from Point A to Point B while coordinating the electric, water, cable, etc. hook-ups. Oh yeah, and you are going to need someone to physically move your items to your new home... That is where these guys come in. I am unsure if they truly are two men and one truck, but the two guys I worked with; Ray and Sean, were super friendly and very careful with my stuff. My stuff may not be of the highest quality, but its still mine. These guys treated me and my stuff like they really do care and that goes a long way. Thank you so much!!!

I learned about Two Men and a Truck at a networking event. I was impressed that they gave to charities and helped local people in need. The office staff was friendly and courteous throughout the process. The movers worked as hard or harder than any guys I have ever seen (I used to be a supervisor with a moving company)! They were careful to not damage anything and were extremely accommodating to us. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone looking for a quality moving company! - Michael

My mother, a resident of Columbia, MD, called to make arrangements to move her belongings to an out of state assisted living facility. She was promised a return call within a day, but she was not called back. The next day, I called to request the same thing. A representative spent 45 minutes with me gathering all the pertinent information. At the end he said someone would be contacting me, or my mother, "soon." As before, there was no return call. We chose to go with another mover.

GREAT EXPERIENCE - MADE MOVING EASY! Overall a great experience in regards to an office move. The sales setup process and follow-thru was outstanding. Felt like we more than a sale for service. The Two Men team was willing to work with us through the changes of our move. The only small thing, our final bill changed for additional time billed for the travel time BUT because it was such an overall positive experience - I happily paid. THANKS TWO MEN and A TRUCK!

They were totally professional at all times. Took excellent care of all our belongings. Everything was safely delivered to the destination without any damage whatsoever, not even any scratches.
