We needed to move from Ashburn, Virginia, to Leland, North Carolina. Since our new house was under construction, we needed to store our entire shipment for up to nine months. Our shipment required over 34 crates from storage and weighed over 42,000 pounds. Included were a grand piano, an organ, and numerous set of china and crystal as well as numerous collectibles, seven large curio cabinets, and 15 rooms of furniture. Regency was not the lowest bidder, but their storage cost was much better than the competition. It turned out that Regencys estimate was the most accurate of the four we obtained. We made complete moves 19 times in the Army and once since retiring. This 21st move was the best we ever had. The crew was efficient, professional, and a pleasure to work with at both ends of our move. We did have some minor damage, but Regency was quick to process our claim and went the extra mile to take care or it. From the owner to the office staff to the full time employee crew Regency was a pleasure to work with. Would gladly use them again.

I have moved several times (locally and across the US) and have had a few bad experiences recently. When I had to move again last year, I dreaded having to find a new mover. I was overseas when I needed to have everything in my place packed up and put into storage. Regency did an incredible job carefully packing and taking care of my belongings.
