Had a number of electrical projects in my new townhouse and quickly got a response, and estimate from Mark Ruhl. I admit to being a little leery because two of the items on the estimate were "diagnostic"--which could mean any charge once the problem was found. Im delighted to say that the problems were minor and fixed on the spot by my technicians Tim & Ernie who worked quickly and efficiently, always asking for my opinion of where I wanted an outlet or wall sconces to go. When I asked if they could also hook up three of my TVs, they were more than willing and charged me a reasonable hourly fee. The only thing I wish was better was the quality of their drywall patchwork--but since Im having my drywall/paint contractor address it anyway that was not a big deal and it was expected. So I still rate them very highly for the reasonable price, the fast and professional service, their communication during the project and their willingness to go above and beyond when asked for additional service. I will use them again and recommend them highly to my neighbors.

Called MT Ruhl a few years back to have the wiring of our garage lights fixed. Mark came right away and fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost. We were very satisfied with his professionalism, quality of work and pricing. We had to have some minor work done with our indoor light switch a few weeks ago and called MT Ruhl again (no need to look for anyone else since we were satisfied customers). Scheduling was not a problem and they tell you upfront what the hourly rates are. Quality and professionalism did not change from how we remembered it from the first time. They give you a time frame as to when they will arrive and they are punctual! While we only had a little residential electrical issue, the people at MT Ruhl made us feel as important as their other larger clients.

I felt compelled to tell you that the guys you had at my house (both times) to install the outside lighting and to run the boxes and electric for my two ceiling fans are very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are respectful of my property and house. Based on that alone, plus the great work they did, I will absolutely use you guys for any electrical work that I have and will certainly recommend your company to anyone. Thanks again for having such a great crew and doing great work.

I had a power surge after a storm and wasnt sure what I needed to do since I couldnt get the GFI to reset and none of the fuses blew. I searched for electricians in my area and M.T. Ruhl had the best reviews so I gave them a call. The office was closed but Mark called me within the hour and left me some tips on a voicemail and they worked! He offered to come out the next morning if that didnt fix the problem but it did. Great customer service and I will definitely use them in the future!

I have had multiple outstanding experiences with Ruhl Electrical. They have done jobs both big (generator) and smaller (ceiling fan, dimmer switch) for me. These are my favorite guys!! Tim and Andrew are always on time and smiling! They do beautiful safe work and we can always depend on them! Mark is a wizard! No job is ever to big or too small. Theyve done multiple jobs for us ranging from wiring a kiln, troubleshooting mystery wires, adding new fixtures and even changing bulbs in 12 foot high fixtures. Id never call anyone else....

Mt Ruhl is great. They are true professionals. Tims experience really showed while troubleshooting many problems in my home. I had them install recessed lights and install my new TV above my fireplace in my living room. Im so happy with there work and they were a pleasure to have in my home. Highly recommend this company.

Very helpful and friendly contractors, Andrew did a fantastic job! We hired them to run a CAT5e Ethernet cable downstairs and it works perfectly! They were fun to chat with on the job and got the job done with quality and efficiency. I would definitely call him again if another job needs to be completed!

Mark is amazing!!! I call him on a Tuesday to have a sign at our job fixed. He showed up the next day at 1 and had our sign up and working properly be 3. I would recommend him any day to anyone for ANY electrical that may needs to be done. Oh and an extra plus is hes local. So travel fees!
