We are replacing a shed that has a breaker panel, pool pump timer, outlets and lighting. Everything had to be removed and power turned off for the shed demolition. The electrician arrived promptly and was pleasant, professional and communicated clearly what was going to be done. He did a terrific job, and shed demolition went well. They are returning to install replacement breaker panel, timer, outlets and lights. I was very pleased with the work and their staff. Its not inexpensive, but value is there. I went to KB after researching a number of companies, and got feedback from friends who were also very pleased with their work.

I came home one day and found the power to be out in my basement. After flipping circuits in the fuse box, I was out of options, so I called KB Electric. My call was taken and responded to late in the evening and also (since my tv and internet was out and could not work from home) they came right way in the morning. I found them to be very professional and very knowledgable about the code and safety. After spending some time troubleshooting the issue, they found the problem and made recommendations to prevent it in the future. I found this to be a good overall experience and I will repeat with them in the future.

I would totally recommend KB Electric for any electrical service you need! I called them to my home for some minor electrical work. Jacob, the electrician called the day of the appointment to give me an estimated arrival time. He was on time, very polite and professional. He used shoe coverings when he entered my home and covered his work area with a blanket. He took the time to explain options to me. He did a superb job and made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a reputable electrician and I plan to call them for all of my future electrical needs!

They called one half hour ahead of time to confirm time/date and arrived on time. They reviewed my electrical needs and explained what they would be doing and the cost to do the job. While doing the job, they answered any question that I had and asked if I wanted something one way or another when there was an option. Very pleased with the quality of work done and the integrity of the electricans! Will be calling them to come back again when I have another electrical issue in the future. Great job!

I am very pleased with the pendant light installations. The electrician called to see if he could come earlier, arriving 1 hour ahead of the scheduled time. He explained all the options for moving the lights and installing a dimmer, including the expected costs for each job. His work was meticulous and he went above and beyond my expectations. Additionally he did a thorough job cleaning up before he left. The cost was reasonable for the extent of work completed.

I called KB when I was remodeling our fireplace and needed help with running the cable, adding and moving outlets, and lighting into the ceiling. They were available the same day I called! The crew was polite, clean and did a fabulous job!!! KB is great. The owner Keith has done numerous jobs for me. He helped with my home and my grandparents home. Price was always fair. If I ever had a question about something I was doing myself I could always call him and he would stay on the phone with me and help me. I offered to pay him but he declined. Had a new meter box put in on July 12. Called first thing in the morning and talked to an ACTUAL person! My information was taken and I received a return call from the owner within 5 minutes. Jake came out to do the work, he was polite, professional and pleasant. He said it would take an hour and sure enough he was done in and hour. The whole experience was pleasant!!!!!
