After getting a few different estimates from a variety of Trane dealers for a new HVAC unit that was long overdue for my home, I decided on Jack Lehr Electric to complete the job. From the professional and on-time arrival of Matt who gave me my estimate with an overview of what to expect as well as a step by step explanation of costs (including a variety of pricing options), in a concise and easy to understand manner, to the friendly and highly knowledgeable installation by Ronnie and Seth, I am 100% satisfied with Jack Lehr Electric! The installers went out of their way to be careful with my dogs and cat not getting out, as well as were constantly aware of covering the rugs and their work area to keep my home clean. The outside work was done in a clean and careful manner without any disruption to my lawn or outside plants too. After a full explanation of the new unit, how it works, and how to use the new thermostat, the entire team from Jack Lehr Electric left with my home just as clean as when they arrived - except leaving an efficient and brand new HVAC unit! They are the best!

I had my heating system replaced by Jack Lehr and they do the best work Ive ever seen. They fixed some of my ducts and the craftsmanship was so much better than what was previously installed. I had an issue with my humidifier a few months later and they came back and made it right (no charge). Their service is outstanding! It cost a little bit more than some other quotes, but it was completely worth it! Better service, better install all at a fair price. Highly recommended! Plus, I trust them to do the work correctly!

Ive relied on Jack Lehr for over 20 years. Zeus and his team expertly replaced my Trane heat pump this fall (taking time to instruct me in its intricacies) with a model Ron carefully suggested, after listening to my heating/cooling issues. I have used the yearly service contract since it began, and feel we are in good hands. Prompt, polite, knowledgeable service from start to finish with a note of thanks from Mr. Lehr himself. Impressive!

Jack Lehr installed our present heat pump ... they did an excellent job. We have the unit checked for heating and cooling each year. The service folks are also excellent. Ive dealt with different companies over the years (I am a detail person), and I would rate the "total experience" with Jack Lehr at the top of the pile. Super Expensive; received a quote to replace a gas hot water heater. Quote was over $1,000 than all other quotes I received with the same equipment. When challenged on price their response was that I was paying for their install quality. I think there are better options out there so be careful and shop around.
