The Electric Man was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I had a back up generator installed by my builders and hired the Electric Man to service the generator each year. The first visit they said everything was fine and in good shape. The following year they came back and said I needed a new battery. They charged a second dispatch fee of $75 to come back to install the battery plus $90 per hour labor. A day after this visit the service light came on. They sent out the tech again with another $75 dispatch Fee and $90 per hour for several hours. This time they said it was a different part. A day after the tech left the service light came on again. I called the service manager and she came out personally charging $270 for labor. She then told me that the generator was installed incorrecty and it would cost $1,875 to fix the installation and if I did not fix the install the warranty would be voided. I asked her why the previous tech was out 4 times and did not say anything her answer was... "You got me there"? He should have let you know. At $75 per call and $90 per hour that is not the type of answer I would expect. I appealed the last bill to the owner and he said they provided a service and I needed to pay for the service... I would never recommend them to anyone. Dave

My wife called Electric Man the other day when we had an unusual electrical issue. Basically we lost power in a few outlets and a few rooms yet we did not trip any breakers. We searched Google and called a few places but my wife selected Electric Man because of the way they spoke and treated her on the phone. Our appointment was set up for a 8am to 10am window and our tech, Scott Watson, arrived at 7:55 on the dot! Scott was very personable and looked very professional. Scott explained everything he was doing in detail and what the costs would be. He offered helpful tips regarding improving our current home electrical situation. As he left he provided us with a folder of information about his company which included additional contractors they feel are honest and reputable should we have a need. I will be a customer for life. Highly recommended.

We contacted Electric Man about a problem with our electrical panel and flickering lights. They recommended the Current Safe evaluation which helped to identify a serious problem we had elsewhere in our home. Our home and family are much safer now. What a great team to work with. The two electricians that did our work were very polite and did a really nice job of cleaning up each day.
