After what started as an emergency call, you arrived within 20min to diagnose our problem and what steps needed to be done to complete this difficult job. You followed up countless times throughout the day and returned after already working countless hours at another job to ensure our job got completed. Your hard work, dedication and countless hours of work in the heat and early hours of the night are very appreciated and show your commitment to 100%customer service! We had no air conditioning and the temps were climbing in the house. HVAC came out and told us it was an electrical issue. I called several electricians who either did not return my calls or told me they could come out and look at it 3, 4, or even 6 days from now. Then I called Mk3. Within 2 hours of my phone call, he had come out, found the problem, and the cool air was flowing. Amazingly professional, kind, and courteous. We will be having them back in a couple weeks to take care of a few more electrical issues that had been on the back burner. So glad we found this company! Highly recommended!!

I contacted Mk3 for an estimate on some breaker work. They showed up on the date and time promised, provided an estimate and offered to do the work right then. I approved the estimate at the same time. The work was done quickly and I was given a thorough explanation of what was done to correct the issue. I called MK3 for an electric issue in our one room not knowing the scope of the project. Julius came in and stayed until the project was compeleted to the fullest.
