I buy and sell several homes in lancaster county. I have known alan cherkin for 10 years. He works hard for his clients and he negotiates better than any other realtor out there. I have known many of Alans renters because i referred many of them. All of them like Alan from what they tell me. Alan does the most advertising for his clients as well. Alan is not slumlord. If he was the city would shut the properties down. I would recommend talking to Alan for any real estate need.
