We found a house on line we wanted to look at for our first investment property, we contacted Chantel Ray in Virginia Beach, and Dave Hunt became our realtor. The house was listed with an auction website he was unfamiliar with, but we worked thru the process together and from start to finish, we closed in about 5 weeks. Its been over a year not found a home. Its like every thing they show me is under contract...then when I go to another company I would find some many more opinions and ready to buy deals. And lets not get started with the approval loans...I just was so unhappy and I hope with more time they will fix Thier problems and gain better control
