I spoke to every company in town before I made my decision to sell my home. I felt Action Real Estate was the best choice. I was not disappointed. Kathy Lutsky was up front and honest with me. I appreciate that! I was stubborn and thought my home should be priced higher than her estimate so she was very agreeable and went with my pricing. She marketed it aggressively and even had an open house at my urging. She was right, not one person showed.(She didnt say that exactly but it was a fact) She was also right about the price! It sold for exactly what she said in our fist meeting. She was always available, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly experienced. When my home sold she listened to what I wanted and found me my next home on the first try. I cannot say enough. I highly recommend Kathy Lutsky and the whole Action Realty Team! Thanks.

I recently purchased a house through Action Real Estate. My real estate agent was great. He kept on top of everything that needed to be done and made the purchase of the house smooth. This was the first time I bought a house and would never buy a house with any one else after this great experience. What I found the most impressive is that the real estate agent really cared about finding the best house for me. He made sure to point out things with houses that I wouldnt have recognized as a first time buyer (he pointed out negative and positive). I love the values this company and their representatives have.

Action Real Estate accomplished what three other realtors couldnt. We had our resort home on the market for 1 1/2 years before we contacted Victor at Action Realty. We needed to sell and got it done in a very short period of time. Victor is very agressive in marketing, uses a number of MLS services and really got the word out. We worked a difficult buyer and were able to close the deal. You will get good sound advice without the emotion that goes with the process. I would not waste my time and get with Action first. You may save a lot of headaches and money.

With the exception of Trish the agent who is really good..These people are the worst.Them and their lawyer stole most of my deposit of $1000. I would NOT do squat with these people..Just a realy bad tatse
