In regards to our realtor Jaime Lancaster. If your home youre selling is an easy/perfect sale he is the guy for you. Meaning, if youre in the prime 1% of the area, your house is perfect with no issues, your house style is highly sought after then youre in luck. If not then youll go thru what we went thru. Ill elaborate. We contacted him and had him come over to talk the listing of our house. Upon meeting him we felt very confident. That changed real quick once we signed the lease for a year not your typical 3-4 months down here in the Hampton Roads area. He took pictures of the house and posted them on the internet. Thats the extent of him trying to sell our house. We had to ask him to give us a "For Sale" sign in our yard., as when he listed it he never brought one. That is where your 3% commission is going to go. Not a single time he showed our house nor held an open house. We listed it in April 2016 and didnt see him in person until September, to take our lock box off of our house. Once we got the PICRA we did exactly what was asked and had the repairs executed thoroughly. Once that was completed he continued to request personal repairs for the "Buyer" and wanted second opinions from other contractors as he felt the work that was completed by the licensed contractors we hired wasnt good enough. He wanted us to pay for them as well. This goes all the way to closing (he never showed up to ours but showed up for theirs to make sure they signed and received his 3%) as the buyer was signing he texted me and still insisted us to pay for a repair not required by us but benefiting the "Buyer". Every time another Realtor showed the house, we had to ask for feedback from him as he never let us know. We had to call him and ask. His responses, we felt, were HIS personal opinions and were always the same. His typical response why the house wasnt selling was because of the location and the price. We had trust and faith in him as he was the realtor. After the house was sold we told him how we felt. He compared us to previous clients and acted as if he did us a huge favor by "selling our house" which, by the way, contrary to the points we made in our review, there was an actual buyers agent. Our house was 3 years old when we sold it. This was a valuable learning experience and Im glad it happened to me so in the future this will NEVER happen again. Unless your house is an easy sale, which we thought ours was, we highly recommend using another agent.

Lisa saunders & Ron Sawyer in this office are two of the biggest liars you will ever see they are slum lords. They do not follow city codes they allow you to move into homes with mold appliances not working and no air conditioning then when you ask them to get the things fixed they take the entire year of your lease to do that and then makes threats towards you about their high-dollar lawyers and if you dont like it they will take care of you. When you need something they are not available when you ask for something they make excuses they always say something has happened that prevents them from doing what they promised I guess from the other guys that have dealt with them its some of the same old same old I would not recommend them to anyone not for buying not for selling not for being a landlord they are some of the worst people you can ever expect to meet on this planet and they have no business dealing with the public!

I would not recommend them for property management. I can only speak about the Will Carder team but they did not do half of the things that they initially advertised and the entire experience was regretted. I should have saved my money.
