Do NOT use their rental agency department. As a previous tenant I am so happy to be out of there. Nothing to the fault of the home we rented but the Managers, Lynne and Laura, are an absolute nightmare to work with. Although we always kept a clean home and paid on time every month, every time I had to speak with them they were condescending and dismissive. We had two major issues arise during our little over a year contract with them. When we reported to them shortly before Christmas that the walls had water damage from a leaky window it took so long for them to get a contractor in to fix it that mold developed. We did not have use of our playroom for almost 2 months without any care to our managers. Also when our ac unit broke this spring it took 18 days for it to be replaced and during this time they took no care I was stuck at home in horrible heat with a newborn, even though we were paying for an air conditioned home. To cap off this horrible lease we had the checkout from hell that we now have to involve the Legal department at my husbands job with. Save yourself the nightmare, find somewhere else to rent through if those two are still in charge.

My experience was a lot like Macys. I could not stand working with the property managers either and felt like they were very rude and condescending as well. Things that needed fixed took way too long to be repaired. One instance that really frustrated me was a situation with the blinds in the home. I reported the blinds in front of my sliding glass door had been worn out from use. The managers hired hired a contractor to come and replace blinds throughout the whole house , of which the contractor actually hung none of (instead left them in a pile for me to hang). And then sent the bill for all of that work for me to pay. If I had know that was going to happen I would have replaced the single blind for $10 and not have had to deal with the contractor etc ... by the way that service cost me over $200
