I went here to hair cuttery after the high end salon I was going to left me disappointed again (3rd time!) I was skeptical at first but Carolyn did an amazing job on my hair!! She listened to what I wanted, gave me options, gave her opinion to help me choose what would look best, she was very friendly, and showed confidence in her work, which really eased my anxiety, she did not rush either which was nice. I will be continuing to patronize Hair Cuttery at the Lancaster shopping center location and will be asking for Carolyn!!! I HIGHLY recommend her! Unfortunately the restroom was disgusting...there were no sanitary seat covers, toilet seat was dirty and the whole restroom was just dingy. That needs some attention. (Shannon Cooke)

I left here nauseas. I asked for my sons hair to be cut shorter, not buzzed. She buzzed the first row, and it was too late. I was just used to him having length. Now he has the same cut every other boy in Lancaster has. Guess you do get what you pay for...lesson learned. Why is it she just couldnt listen to what we wanted. I paid for the cut, plus gave her a $3 tip. She never apologized.

Last minute rescue on a bad color - they took the time to make sure that what they were going to do would be the best choice for my hair and, even though the young woman who helped me was a newbie, everyone helped her out! And, in spite of her lack of experience, although it took her some time to actually cut and dry my hair, its the best hair cut Ive had in a year!

Maria did wonders with my curly/frizzy hair! She listened to what I wanted, spent extra time making sure it looked great even after drying and it only cost $20. I had been trying to schedule with stylists who charge upwards of $70 for curly haircuts but they had no openings. I believe I got a better cut for less than a third of the price. Im coming back here.

I went in today to have my hair dyed for engagement photos and to get rid of the ombre I had gotten months ago. Becky did an amazing job with my hair. I will definitely be seeing her again if I decide to keep up with my color or if I decide to do something different again. I definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to have their hair colored.

I have been to this shop several times and always have a great cut, Melissa works with me to get the correct length and shape for my hair.. She works the extra mile to be sure before I leave the shop that I love my cut. She is very nice and patient with me to be sure i love my haircut!! Would recomend her to all my friends!!

I am terrified of scissors on my hair. I just needed my ends trimmed. Sarah was super nice, easy to talk to, and simply trimmed my ends. EASY PEEZY. I have been one to go to "high end" salons but I think I would prefer to go to Sarah. She is not scissor happy and is SUCH a nice person.

They did a good job although they charged me 10$extra because "I have long hair" and "is gonna take a long time blowdry it" and she was using the low mode on her dryer....It never happened to me before....
