Both my son and daughter had their hair cut/butchered here today. What should have been a 7 minutes cut took over 20 minutes, most of which was spent trying to fix/cover mistakes to my sons hair. My daughters layers were anything but. They were uneven and there was no feathering, just one area visibly shorter than the next . The people working on 8-8-16 could surely use more proper training.

Went for a haircut on august 14th at 7pm. The girl asked me to sit on the chair with hair all over the floor and the chair. I asked: "you dont clean the floor?" She answered no.
