This place USED to be great. High stylist turnover means when you find a person you really like, they likely wont be there for long. The last time I went, they were SO PUSHY with selling products that you couldnt relax in the chair. She kept shoving products directly into my hands, when I wanted to just relax and get a haircut. Then her stylist friend came in and sat in the chair next to me to talk to my stylist. She asked the girl working on my hair: "Did you sell any PRODUCT yet?" ...Awkward! I can hear you, Im right here! Then they realized that was probably inappropriate, and tried to change the subject. So, they started gossiping about the other stylists - which ones did not show up each day that week, and what personal issues other stylists are having, even talking about the lack of attendance from their own manager. Not classy, ladies. Keep that personal stuff behind the curtain. I see now why the sweet, happy stylists I loved did not stick around here! Then, more product pushing. She led me over to the display after my cut so she could pull each product she used off the shelf and stuff them in my hands again saying: "you probably really want to buy this volumizer since your hair is so thin; your hair has great volume now from this!" I thought, well, ALL hair has great volume right after its been blown dry! I said, "Ok, Ill see how it holds up and if it still looks good in a few hours then Ill consider buying it." She became visibly angry and was totally dismissive as I paid thinking, why would anyone pay for such an unpleasant experience?! Ive never been back, and I hope they have new management now! I used to enjoy going here!

We came in look for the hair cut my sister wanted the lady was nice at first, my sister hair is curly but not super curly just mostly wavy, the lady saw the haircut and say she could do it, after supposedly doing something to her hair they called me in to look and I told y them it didnt look any different to me than before, thats when the lady started making excuses of how she better not cut it because it would leave it too thin and I say she has alot hair so finally she admitted and told me that they are not train to cut curly hair, so we where so frustrated that we payed quick not to make a scene and left, I went back another day and spoke to someone really nice and told them what had happened and that if they cant do curly hair they should have a sign that specifies that,after I explained everything they told me they be in contact with me to help me with the issue but months have gone by and I Havent heard anything from anyone, so I am just letting everyone know,waste of money they didnt even do anything.

I had to get a hair cut in a pinch and decided to go here. Short story: The woman there messed up my hair cut and I had to come back in to get it fixed, upon returning (5 minutes later) the manager just called the original stylist back and had her attempt to fix it ( VERY basic hair cut). She admitted the mistake and then sent me on my way. Durning the initial cut, she just talked about how she cant wait to leave and kept looking out the window seemingly uninterested in doing the hair cut at all. My suggestion: if you are the Manager, you should take some time to find out what happened in order to coach to it later. That stylist did not get any better that day because of the absence of the managers concern, she treated it like " oh we mess up all the time, no big deal". Horrible experience and I will not return

I got my hair cut there yesterday and it is the worst cut I ever had. She asked me if it was good and I lied so I could get out of there and fix it myself. I have been getting a clipper cut my whole life and this one is the worst. It was uneven and jagged on the sides and top. In addition she sent me outside with hair all over my face. She never even wiped my face once. I had to go to Walmart to was the hair off me. I knew I should not have gone there.

I happened to stop in during their $7.99 haircut week and they were swamped. But Melissa took her time to give me an absolutely adorable haircut & great advice on how to care for and style my new do. Ive paid over $40 for bad haircuts in the past. Not anymore! Thanks, Melissa!
