Went there to get my haircut, first off, the stylist was sick, coughing and sniffling and whatnot. Then once we get into actually describing the style, i tell her what i always tell any place i get a haircut at, short on the sides and back, faded, a little longer on top, textured. Then she starts cutting, and her boyfriend comes in from his break, she starts chatting with him, only barely paying attention to what shes doing. Infact most of the time she wasnt even looking and i had to get her attention to get her focused on HER JOB again. She cuts it to a good length on top, then she goes to my sideburns, THEN OUT OF NOWHERE jumps back to cutting the top, WITH CLIPPERS, and SHE MESSED UP MY SIDEBURNS TOO. Theres no fade either, no tapering, nothing. And it was too short to be redeemed, I told her to stop MULTIPLE TIMES, and she just said "uh huh" and kept cutting. And now i have all one length hair and its all shaved off, I feel embarassed to even leave the house, I even supplied photos and she screws it up, maybe if your employees paid attention to your customers, maybe youd get good reviews. Im never going back there again.

Terrible, they jacked up my boyfriends hair and wouldnt listen when he told them to stop cutting, his stylist was more interested in talking to her boyfriend then doing her job and listening to her client. If I could give no stars I would. Do NOT go to Great Clips. He went in for a trim and got it chopped off. His self esteem has hit the floor, he doesnt want to leave in the morning because of his terrible haircut.

We are incorrectly listed on Google as being INSIDE the Walmart. We are not, we are on the other end of the plaza by the bowling alley.
