Well I got my bangs cut there today, and they look awful. I asked for side bangs, specifically not straight across bangs, and did not get that. She missed pieces, they look super short, un layered, choppy and are most definitely not side bangs. They fall as straight across bangs, and dont stay when styled as side bangs. I am VERY upset because now Im stuck with these ugly bangs until they can grow out. I am now SO embarrassed and dont really know what to do but wait. I felt ugly enough without the help of this. It was a very rushed and overprice experience and I am severely regretting ever going.

had the WORST experience. i walked out in tears!!! just had a new baby and wanted to have that one day were i feel like a women and get highlights and cut. i sat down and the MANAGER said "oh i dont have time for that". my eyes weld up with tears and couldnt believe SHE couldnt handle double booking herself. SHE made me feel like a loser. i ended up going to JCPenny and was blown away with their outstanding service. i got what i wanted and gave the stylist who took the time to pamper me a wonderful tip and of course a repeat customer . regis is all about quanity not quality. just sayin.

Make sure to ask for Mandy. Shes absolutely lovely, funny and smart. Made me feel comfortable and she did EXACTLY what I asked for. I have a very particular way I like my hair done and she did it perfectly. My hair looks chic and modern for work but also cute and fun for going out. Perfect experience and Ill be a regular of hers.

Manager needs to be replaced @ the Park City, Lancaster, Pa location. Shes rude and arrogant. Not worth spending money in THAT place ever again. Glad i walked out. Found another place that did a better job and THEY were pleasant. She lost money and a returning customer.

Mary did a nice job on my hair. She offered a color suggestion, which I ended up liking better than what I had previously been using. She also listened carefully when I explained what I wanted and helped modify the style to suit my hair and face. Definitely going back.

I had a bad hair cut and there was an old lady who I dont know who is she?? She talked to me when I came , she was so rude and look at me with strange expression , I think she was the manager , she is so rude and disrespectful ,I will not go back again

Waiting, stylist is a no show after an hour. Second time this happened here. Normally good haircuts but high turnover poor management. The best stylists dont stay anymore.
