I eloped this July. I had a lot to do. I had to move from New York and find someone to take over my two year lease. I was excited about the wedding, but between packing, finishing work and finding a dress etc, I neglected to properly set up things like hair, makeup and flowers. I booked an appointment with Serendipity online and they were able to accommodate me. Michelle did a FANTASTIC job! I have relatively short, layered, red hair, but I wanted a neat updo for the wedding. I wasnt sure she would be able to do this considering the length of my hair and its curly texture. She is exceptionally talented! My updo looked fantastic( neat, elegant, natural and romantic) and held all day. I got married at 7:30pm and my appointment was a 10:30am.. thats quite a stretch. The makeup was great too. I didnt look over styled nor under polished. I dont usually strut, but I felt really pretty! I am indebted. Im from New York City and I have been to my fair share of top end NY salons in my quest for better looking everything..Ive been a bridesmaid 7 times before and had some really weird styles piled on top of my head and makeup jobs Ive had to wash off immediately afterwards. Every bit of the work Michelle did was perfect. I am so glad they were able to help me and with such short notice. These ladies may be trusted with your most important day. Serendipity is great salon! Id go back tomorrow for a trim and makeup consultation if they were closer!

Just got a fantastic haircut from Michelle - what a warm and friendly staff. The salon is clean/bright and I will definitely be going back again. I moved here from Northern NJ and its nice to see that a NY style salon is in St, Michaels!
