Although I have had many good cuts from this salon, I have also had some bad experiences there. One girl named Nina cut my hair so uneven it was a inch longer on one side of my face. She was so busy talking about her boyfriend that she wasnt paying attention. I decided to go back but booked with a different stylist who did a terrific job. I went back again to Nia who I decided to give a second chance to for a cut and color but when I got to her chair she leaned on her counter for a half hour talking again about her boyfriend and blah blah blah. I absolutely enjoy chatting while getting my hair done but this was ridiculous. I was there for 3.5 hours and then ended up with another crappy cut. Jordon Thomas is very expensive and I dont mind paying 140.00 plus tip to get a good cut and color. Then I went back and saw another stylist who also did a great job but Nina saw me and actually confronted me about why I didnt book with her. I dont think I can continue deal with this. When you pay a lot of money for a service you expect that service but this one girl is going to keep me aa from Jordon Thomas

Before moving to Harford County, Maryland, in 2005, I lived in the Washington D.C. Metro Area where I had the same hair stylist (Northern Virginia) for 16 years. Even when I moved 35 away (Montgomery County, Maryland), I continued going to her despite the long drive and notorious traffic! I was determined to find the same quality and service when I moved to Harford County. After some research and a recommendation from a female cousin, I decided on Jordan Thomas. I called the owner and was very frank with her about what I wanted and expected. Thats how I got connected to Lisa Wittik. Even on days when I dont want to be bothered with my hair, Lisa gives great advice, great cuts, and great color treatments. I have since moved to Baltimore County, and I wouldnt think of changing hair stylists except if Lisa or I move far away from each other. Shes stuck with me for the time being!

I have bee going to Jordan Thomas for many years and can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. The atmosphere is relaxing and professional. They welcome you in and offer you drinks and snacks to make you feel like a guest in a friends home. There is a large selection of top of the line beauty products to peruse while you wait for your appointment though generally speaking the wait is minimal. Torie has been doing my hair for several years now and I am always impressed with her natural ability to make creative suggestions when I am looking for them. She understands what I am looking for even when I am not always sure myself. I havent had an opportunity to make use of the spa services but I definitely want to and will in the future. if you are looking for a relaxing experience I would definitely recommend that you check out Jordan Thomas!

I found Jordan Thomas when I moved in August 2016. Yesterday was my second time in to get my hair cut, I went to see Cassidy(for the 1st time). I went in looking for something a little different. She recommended a lob (shorter in back longer in front), it looked great (when she styled it)! The next morning I tried to style it myself and it didnt look good (to me). I called first thing to see if I could get back in to get it fixed. The front office was nice and understanding and I was able to get in to see Cassidy again. She was very understanding and listened to what I was having trouble with and didnt like about the cut. In the end I walked out happy with my haircut! I will definitely be coming back to see Cassidy again.

I have been going to Ashley at Jordan Thomas since moving here in July 2016. Not only is Ashley the nicest most down to earth person but my hair looks ridiculously amazing all the time and I constantly get asked who does my hair. If I could give 10 stars I would!! Going to Ashley for my hair has been the best decision and I have never been disappointed. If you are looking for an top hair stylist that is experienced and the best in the area, look no further. Make sure you call for an appointment early though, she gets booked up... because shes by far the best!!!

Upon entering, you will probably notice how clean. The environment suggests relaxation and quality. The layout is clear and unassuming. No wondering the location of the bathroom. Ive had a few different stylists of theirs. I typically prefer a regular stylist for fear of a bad cut. Not here, after getting exactly how I like it a few times,..I started to tell her, Cut it however you want lol.

I have been coming to Jordan Thomas for years and I love how Terry always cuts my hair and the color is always beautiful. I like how she will recommend a new style or color. The shampoo girls are awesome too.

Ive been going to this salon since 2009. Hair, nails, facials....its all been top notch. Everyone is very nice and does a great job. Ive been seeing Angel for my hair from the first visit. I love her! My color and cut are always great and I get asked often where I get my hair done. I wouldnt change a thing.
