These ladies are beautiful. I got the blow out and color. Hilda, Ysabel, and Vilma are amazing. Getting a chance to talk to them was a devine experience. I would definitely this shop to anyone. So let me tell you why i scored them at a 5 verses anything below that, i called to inquire about getting the blow out and ombre coloring and Vilma answered the phone and they was already closed but she took my call and but she told me they can do the color and blow out so i told her i would be in Wednesday and asked what is the best time for me to come. Well she told me around 3 and unfortunately that was the time i got off so i told her i couldnt be there until at the latest 3:45 . She asked me to call back in 20 minutes and she will ask her boss. I did as instructed and she told me Ysabel was okay with that. So as i walked in the environment didnt feel hostile and these ladies was polite. Even though Hilda had to leave early (which i totally understood her reasonings and i applaud her all the way) she assured me the ladies would take care of me and they did. We talked and Ysabel is excellent she colored my hair and the wonderful Vilma did my blow out. I love this style and the results to my natural hair. I am going to take my daughter to get her blow out and continue coming. I believe that when you meet good people who delivers marvelous work it is important to show them love so here i am showing love and thanking the shop for making me and my family feeling comfortable and givibg me thus wonderful bouncy hair. You have to try it out for yourself. Thank you ladies fkr everything. See you again next time.

I first called to get information on the salon. The receptionist did anything but give a good reception. Ignoring her attitude I took a chance and went. Hilda was amazing with my hair and I was very pleased. The next time I came in I asked for Hilda. Same receptionist said Hilda was there and she didnt know when she was going to arrive. What happened to the receptionist being providing scheduling information? Perhaps I was interrupting her conversation. Thank God Hilda walked in as I was about to leave. I then got her schedule so I didnt have to deal with the receptionist again. Unfortunately, while I was getting my hair done the receptionist again was unprofessional speaking loud about why my hair was taking so long. Evidently she didnt realize that I spoke Spanish as well. Poor reception. If it wasnt for Hilda, I would never go back.

The best hair salon in town ! I go to vilma she so sweet and he laugh makes me laugh too! They are all amazingly professional Ive seen people come in just for advice on how to get their hair back growing. The best part is when they are talking in their Spanish language and Ill lean over to vilma and ask what are you guys saying and she always tells me I love it here my hair is growing healthy and I got every two weeks the wait is kind of long because its the best place in the city so everyone goes there its well worth spending the day there I have no problem clearing my schedule for a beautiful hair do and some friendly laughter

I wished I NEVER went to this salon. I have all natural hair that was really thick, after that so called blowout my hair was thin and the dummy who did it cut my hair to short. She also said my hair was "too natural", we are born natural so what is too natural. If she didnt want to do it she should have said something instead of messing my hair up. Im so glad I have fast growing hair. These people need to be shout down.

At first I was unhappy that I had to pay extra just because my hair is natural not all natural hair is coarse I have soft wavy hair, I was also unhappy about having to get a blow out instead of my roller set but honestly when it was all said and.done my hair was flowing straight and beautiful just as it should be hilda was my stylist and I will be going back.....I live in hampton and will make that drive for her work.

They charge more for natural hair even if its short. They insist on blow drying you hair at the highest heat which leaves your hair smelling burnt. I have 3c hair in the front 4a in the middle and 3c in the back. I asked for just a roller set and they refused to do it because my hair was natural. They kept insisting I needed to get it blow dryed. Give clients what they want and not what you want to give them.

This place is terrible...theres only one good stylist. I waited over an hour to even get recognized and then they started washing my hair. Ive been there before and they overpriced me for what I usually get done. The stylists are lazy and take their time to finish. Youll be in there for hours more than necessary and they dont care. If you can find another salon, dont go here.

They dont all speak English but they are very helpful! I am African American and I have natural hair. And my curls always come back they have many other services. And Ive seen every type of hair done there. For a wash and blow out plus a trim I pay about $65. But if youre looking for conversation whole you get your hair done this is not the place unless you speak Spanish.

Alicia-- I LOVE THIS PLACE!! THEY KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING AND HILDA DID A FABULOUS JOB ON MY HAIR. I WATCHED ALL THE STYLISTS AND THEY ARE GOOOOD!! I WILL GO KNOW WHERE ELSE!! AND... AND... The lady who did my hair was nice, and she treated me fairly well. However, Im natural and now my hair has heat damage. I wouldnt recommend this salon to any person who is natural and care about their hair. They use way too much heat.

All the Stylist do great work here! Ive been coming here for over a year and my hair always looks fabulous!!! My stylist Ysabel is very knowledgeable about hair. I live in Hampton and its definitely worth the trip!
