All the negative things that has been said about Elegante beauty are all false I have been a customer for 2 years and never experienced rudeness, nasty, and all the other lies that has been said its so funny how the ones that are saying all these things I see yall come! I mean why if the things you are saying are true I see yall come back weather it be 2 to 3 months and the workers still do your hair treat you with kindness and make suggestions like do you want a deep condition especially if you have natural hair! When you first come in there is some always at the desk who speak English and ask you what you would like to get! The pricing changes depending on how damaged your hair is however its never too much where its not affordable like a Weave! Come on all this negative lies are not true! People these are people that want a hand out or a free hair do! If there were infections and all this where are the hospital bills! Not to mention my husband and son get their hair cut there and love it! The music is not all Latin thats another lie because the barbers play the music and universal! They speak their language to each other its called communication! Its not their fault you dont understand although they also speak English! Stop hating and start praying! Elegante staff keep your head up and continue to be the best!

This is the worst place ever. I have gone here more than once Nd try to give them chance but they always blow it. The stylists have major attitude and sit and talk about everyone in spanish. Specially the black girls and not just about the hair. They say things that are racist. If the dude who handles the register has to leave before your hair is done they make u pay even if you are still under the dryer. All these women hate their boss from what I have gathered as soon as he leaves they change the channel and start talking about him. All in all this place is not professional and they over charge you for having natural hair. They act like they are doing cutomers a favor instead of us keeping them employed. Same experience at all the locations.

Did not care for this location at all they washed my hair then asked if I wanted condition I said yes and they charged me for a deep condition then charged me for natural hair when my hair was permed months ago! Lady charged me 30 dollars when the price should have been 20.00 they didnt even really understand much English! The way they do hair is totally different from the Norfolk location I will not be coming back to this location!!!

I went there yesterday and the service was great. I usually go to a different salon to get my hair blown out but their shop takes so long to even get started with doing my hair, but at this salon I was in and out and my hair lasts so long after I leave here. They get a 10/10 from me
