I am picky about my hair stylists. And its hard for me to trust one. So when I find a good one that I trust, its hard for me to go to anyone else but them....no matter how far away I may move. And this place is beyond all expectations. You can tell the owners are passionate about hair. They are always staying on top of the latest trends and are always looking for products that will help with a clients hair problem (for example, my hair holds water and is super thick. they found a product that helped my hair dry faster...it took about two hours for my hair to dry under the blow dryer. Now its only 45 min to an hour. And they use the product for their other clients that dont take nearly as long as me). I live near the philly airport now, and I STILL travel all the way out here to get my hair done. I LOVE this place! They are generous, knowledgeable, TALENTED and kind hair stylists! If I could move them by me, I would!

I wish I found Sistaz earlier. Sharon and Shauntel know exactly how to care for my hair and have taught me so much about my hair type. They teach me how to care for my hair type and you can tell theyve been in the field 16+ years and genuinely care about how you look and feel. I feel so welcome and understood! The CHIenviro treatment has changed my hair for the better. They are full of knowledge and honest tips about how to care for natural hair. So happy I found Sistaz. First experience was fantastic. Switched salons to this one because my old stylist had me waiting hours for already booked appointments. Became fed up. Looked online and came across this one in Lancaster. I was set up with an appointment immediately & was seen as soon as I came in. Sharon was great & did a wonderful job. I have a lot of hair and she handled it very well! Loved it. Found my new place to go from now on (:

I have been going to Sistaz for over 10 years. The owners, Sharon and Shauntel are professional and curteous. They do a great job of educating clients on how to take care of their hair, and they are quick... no spending all day at the salon!
