I took my husbands car there while he was away on business for inspection/emissions. They claimed that the windshield washer pump was broken. They told me it would be $215 extra. I checked with a mechanic I know, he said that the pump was a $25 part and that it was a 10 min. job at most. When I told the mechanic who called me about the problem that I couldnt justify paying that amount he put another mechanic on the phone to argue with me about it. He told me that he had the pump apart already(a 2inch piece that does NOT come apart) and I told him he could leave it "apart"(it basically snaps in place) if he wanted to, I was coming to get it. I guess they think were all a bunch of idiots....Never again. But the deli is great.....

...........you take your car there. Explanation: I made an appmt to have work done on my car & said that I will wait for it. Person strongly discouraged my staying during the work, which made me suspicious since many other places have a customer seating section where one can see the work being done. Reason became obvious when I picked up the car & paid the bill. The invoice included work that I didnt request, nor would have approved if I was there. And guess what, I lived in the neighborhood & thought that such would promote good customer service. It was an unexpected gouging in which my first visit was the last one. DONT GO THERE!!!!!

Prices ARE STEEP. Started off taking Wifes truck there , standard oil change and emissions/ inspection. $200 bill being they charged us $39.00 to replace a standard bulb in the taillight . Now she moved onto another car an hit us for $450.00 for simple oil change, emissions & single axeld breaks. WOW!

A convenient place to get your car worked on. I find the prices to be hit or miss with some jobs being a lot more than expected. Others seem reasonable. Transparent staff. Good communication.

Great service, showed up with a flat tire. They fixed the tire under 20 min for a very reasonable price and gave me a warning about the status of the tire (without trying to upsell me).

My vehicles have been serviced by the staff for the past 13 years. That alone should speak for the type of service they provide. Couldnt ask for better service!

The mechanics are all great. They really care. The deli is delicious!! Great stopping for fixing my car or lunch.
