I was very impressed by the professionalism of the crew and the cleanliness of Extra Space Storage in Malvern. The site manager Juan Bryant was very cordial and took the time to understand my storage needs and recommended storage units accordingly. We recently sold our home and are currently in transition towards buying another. This storage facility is conveniently located right next to AVE Malvern apartment complex with a flexible lease so this works out great. I also appreciate the flexibility that Juan offered towards extending or shortening the storage lease in case our needs changed. Since our settlement for the first home we purchased fell through, I had to extend our storage lease and Juan was very understanding and accommodating of our needs. The only suggestion I would offer to the manager to make the experience even better is to make prospective renters aware of some of the additional fees (required insurance etc.) ahead of time so there are no surprises. A couple of other employees that I interacted with briefly were Josh and Steve (I hope I got that right) and they were great as well, very helpful and professional. I would have no hesitation recommending this place to anyone for their storage needs and I will return whenever I need a storage facility in the future.

Ive been renting at this facility for a couple of years now and the employees made the initial process really easy. I recently needed to transfer to a different unit so the employees were able to help me do that with no problem and they are very knowledgeable and great with knowing the size unit you need by simply telling them what you plan on storing. This location is extremely convenient, clean, the prices are great and the overall experience is and always will be great. Ive had no issues with billing, payments or have to worry about any damage to my items - unlike other storage companies like public storage, cannon self storage, uncle bobs and cubesmart (Ive had items damaged at these places in the past), because Extra Space Storage is secure and they offer a protection plan that fits all customers needs so your most prized possessions are fully covered for pennies a day. Im a business owner so knowing my products are safe and are in a climate controlled building gives me a peace of mind. I recommend anyone to store here; knowing that the security is great and having an onsite manager is a bonus. This just puts the icing on the cake!

The convenience of being able to come to my storage unit after office hours have been so delightful for my wife and I. I could not be more happy with that knowing weve searched for storage, before finding Extra Space, but these other storage companys access hours stopped at 6pm or 7pm but Extra Space lets you have access up to 10pm EVERYDAY and have the option of 24 hour access. My wife and I get off work at 6pm and being new to the area, we definitely need to have access later in the night to get items out of our unit that we need. The customer service, the on site Manager (Juan) who has been extremely helpful, the cleaniless of their property and the overall security of knowing our life belongings are safe makes storing at Extra Space here in Malvern well worth it and a no brainer. The prices are well within the affordable range as well.

Ive been using extra Space in Malvern since April and the staff has been extremely helpful and communicative. The site is very clean and has great security. They walked me through the payment options and periodically checked in after the initial set up to make sure I was satisfied. Over the last two months, Ive been unemployed and working with them to keep the storage until I could find an option. Juan the District Manager was great about letting me know what I needed to do and again checked in with me. I really appreciate how understanding he was and I would definitely recommend using Extra Space to anyone looking for storage.

I was checking out the malvern site for a friend that might be interested in renting. I noticed that the accessability from a major highway was very accessable. I stopped in and talked to the on sight manager and assistant manager and they were both very helpful answering my questions about the unit sizes and prices. they showed me a couple of units in a couple of sizes that might fit my friends needs they were very clean and you could see inside well. some units in other storages places this was a problem. The security for the grounds was impressive. seems like a good posibility. will transfer the information to my friend.

I was looking for storage place for a week or two before I found Extra Space Storage in Malvern. I looked at several other spots in the area, but it was an easy decision after I met Warren and Kim. They were the most genuine people I met--there was no comparing their service to the other 4 storage spots I checked out. You add the great service with the competitive pricing; it was an easy decision for me. Heck, I even find myself going into the front office to chat with them from time to time. Great people. Great location. Great price. Great Service. I would recommend this Extra Space Storage in Malvern to anyone.

An ok storage facility. Raised my rent $50 after about 6 months, and I still cant figure out why. There are clothes moths and even the interior units are subject to humidity problems. The boxes in our unit got a little moisture and started collapsing. Some of our metal items began to rust and our wooden items had a light surface mold that was easily wiped off. Always easy to get into and the staff is friendly enough. To be honest, my biggest complaint is the ridiculous rent hike!

Great at first... then... rate increase, rate increase. The facility is clean (except for when they cleaned the roof resulting a bucketful of leaf debris landing in my unit). The staff is very friendly and very courteous. I have no problems with the facility or the service at all. However, I have been renting a unit there for a little over a year and I just received my 2nd rate increase. With so many storage facilities to choose from, Ill likely be moving to another.

I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage facility. I use offsite storage for excess inventory and the most important thing for me is uninterrupted access. John Mikita and Juan Bryant at this location do an amazing job of guaranteeing that even after a heavy snow fall the locker entrances are immediately cleared and they even shovel off roof areas to eliminate the risk of snow avalanches. They genuinely care about their customers, and I for one appreciate it.

A few weeks ago, I had an issue in my storage unit that originating in the adjacent unit. The facility manager, Brian Toney, did an excellent job of assessing the problem, working with me and local authorities and coming up with alternate storage options to meet my needs. Brian was attentive, courteous and worked very hard during a difficult situation to reach a solution that worked for everyone. I really appreciated his professionalism. Thanks again, Brian!

I have been very pleased with this facility. The manager, Juan Bryant, is always ready to help me out with any issues. Recently, the springs in my space door needed to be replaced and Juan helped me schedule a time for the repair. Everything went beautifully and the work was completed in reasonable time. The facility is always kept clean inside and outside. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to store their belongings.
