Great service: They were very punctual and courteous. Our move was a big one and these men knew exactly how to move. They worked hard and got us moved in a little over 8 hours. I would greatly like to give them more stars but there is no more here to give. We have used others before and really got bamboozled but nit this crew that moved us as they were careful and took care of everything and even were careful in backing into my driveway without running over the grass. They have extremely affordable prices. We were moving form New Orleans to Satatesville, NC. They were very careful with the packing processes and loading everything on the truck. Came on time and everything was the same shape they put it on the truck. Then unloaded everything with high care as they put it in the truck. The whole presses went very smooth with no problems. their rates were better then other companies long distance move. If you need moving company that cares about what they do i highly recommend Eastern Connection Movers.

Worst experience ever. Scheduled a move a little more than 3 1/2 weeks before my move. I received a verification email stating the pick up, drop off location and the cost of the move. I called at 530pm 24hrs before the move, no one answered the phone. I even left a message hoping someone would call me because they state they are open until 10pm. The day of my move, No one showed up! I called 30+ times and still no one answered my calls. I left messages and never received a courtesy call back. I do not recommend this company!

Please dont go by the great Google reviews like I did. Google reviews have never led me wrong before but check out the BBB rating of F and all the Yelp reviews (including the ones they call not recommended) for the real story. We had a very bad move. 12 hours for just furniture, movers were 3 hours late and unprepared with no gloves, tape or tools. They could not open the truck gate at new house for hours and failed to reassemble all but one item.

Give Eastern Connection Movers A Call ! If I was planning to move again, I would not hesitate to call them. All services were rendered as planned according to the schedule. They took extra care of our belongings and wrapped them securely. Ive experienced nothing but courteous, conscientious, efficient movers. They are true professionals and I highly recommend Eastern Connection Movers for their excellent service.

The worse experience you can imagine. These guys broke my furniture, clogged my toilet, took twice as long as needed, goofed off and played with my kids football. DO NOT CALL THEM!! They are terrible people, seriously, I had to threaten the police on them.
