Rob, Patrick and the rest of the guys of Moving in Motion made my parents move super easy and smooth. Rob was very communicative prior to the move so I knew what to expect. He laid out all the fees and gave me great information regarding renting the moving truck and how many packs of moving blankets I would need. The guys arrived promptly at 9am. They all introduced themselves and we all did a walk through the house so they knew what was going to be loaded. I wanted certain items to be loaded last so they could be unloaded first and the guys were very accommodating. I must say all the guys treated my parents items with respect and care, like the items were their own personal belongings. They did a great job shrink wrapping and blanketing the furniture to ensure the lowest possible risk of damage. It was refreshing to see all the guys getting along. There wasnt one instance of the guys arguing with one another during the move (we all know how easy it is to get frustrated when working together on a difficult task). All of the guys were super friendly and I never felt like they were wasting time to prolong the numbers of hours worked. When we arrived at the new house, the guys were nice enough to ask where certain things were going to go, even taking heavy items up the stairs. All in all, working with the guys at Moving in Motion was a true pleasure. They were professional, courteous, hard working and efficient. I would not hesitate to use them again for a move!

Do not use this company! The movers stole my engagement ring; and, the owners simply repeated that it wasnt their fault. The one possession that has the most sentimental value is gone. The movers also dropped our brand new refrigerator to the point where its not repairable. My husband asked several times for them to get the refrigerator in the house before the rain came; however, they ignored the request and brought it in when the rain came, dropping it twice. Again, the owners took no responsibility because they dont have insurance. The movers were also very lazy on the clock leaving us to pay for additional hours. Very disappointed with the service after we were promised nothing but the best for our move.

I called Patrick, rude man, terrible customer service skills. Hours of operation were not listed on the website, it simply stated for information/quote call Patrick or Rob. I called at 8:35 am. He rudely and condescendingly informed me that they were not open until 9 am and I needed to call back. Needless to say I will NOT be calling back. Ive worked in customer service for 20 years and would never speak to a potential customer like this. If you arent "open" dont answer. Thats what voicemail is for. Instead you answered, were rude, and list business and now have gained terrible word of mouth reviews. Unreal.

When I called them the man that answered the phone was extremely rude. I got the impression that I was bothering him by calling. He was very condescending during our conversation. I stated "Hello I am calling in regards to get a quote for moving labor" He replied " Ok... So are you going to give me any other information than that or do you just want me to guess?" It only got worse from that point. I own a small business myself and could never imagine talking to a customer like he did to me.

Excellent guys ! After working with them I find some of these reviews very hard to believe. Moving is a headache but these guys took care of everything and made it very easy, they went above and beyond to get all my oversized furniture into a very small place. I would absolutely recommend these guys to any and everyone. Patrick and Rob are great and I will definitely call them in the future. Overall a great experience, THANKS GUYS !!!

I called for an estimate, but when I cancelled Patrick was extremely unprofessional and stooped to insults, then told me that talking to me was a waste of his time. Ill leave out the details, but I cant imagine talking to one of my customers the way they do. If youre looking for a company who will treat you will professional courtesy and respect, look elsewhere.
