Dont go to this U-Haul if you can avoid it. Take a few minutes and go somewhere else. Rented a U-box and because the reservation was made incorrectly I had to call customer service over 10 times before someone finally gave me a solution... Making a new reservation. The U Box finally arrived, but apparently my name wasnt on it, so it couldnt be found. Once again on the phone with customer support a few times. I got the box a day late after having to stay in a hotel. Everything seemed good. I made a formal complaint and after days of talking to customer service and trying to get in touch with the manager, Edward, I finally got a $50 refund (for being late by a day) plus the hotel costs. Everything seemed to have worked out until one day I get a charge for a storage unit I never signed up for. And now Im on with customer support again. They tell me the manager, Edward, has to call to setup the refund... Well, he never called and after several e-mails and phone calls to try and get this resolved, he never got in touch. Completely useless, unprofessional and rude. The decent thing would be to contact a customer and solve the problem. Im not an unreasonable person and understand that mistakes can be made... But this has been the most inefficient interaction Ive had with any business... Ever. Do yourself a favor and go to a different U-Haul. Take the extra 10 minute drive. These guys not only made mistakes, but were impossible to contact when there was a problem. Im pretty sure they just dont care.

Ordered a trailer hitch from them. Quoted 5 days for arrival. Could have ordered online and cheaper but figured what the heck give the local guys some business. A week later they tell me "its not in yet" so I call back in a few days. "We will call you once it gets in" as if I am calling them too many times (really, it was the third phone call in 12 days after being quoted 5!). The next day I go to shelton hitch and get one that is in stock for the same price. It has now been 6 weeks since I ordered, and still no call from these guys. Wow...I would not have cared so much except there are only a few weeks left in the season and needed it pronto. I suggest going to somewhere that actually wants your business.

stay away from this place!!will make a reservation for you then cancel it 2 hours later.Plus will have no other options for you.Why take a reservation if you cant honor it?Screwed me up big time!When you ask for an explanation you get something lame like the truck just broke down 20 minutes ago.Beware of these guys!Im sure they come through on 5% of their bookings.Everyone else is left hanging

This place sucks! Their storage all leaks and floods. Your stuff gets moldy and wet they tell you that you should have bought the insurance! Its not supposed to get wet in the first place! They dont care then they charge you to throw your own stuff out that they ruined! Dont go here they are a rip off and dishonest!

Dear U-Haul manager at this location, please work on your customer service reps and emphasis the importance of respecting the customers and not hanging up the phone on them. Seriously, this is an unacceptable business trait and needs to stop immediately. Thank you Sir or Maam.

Honestly the best U-Haul experience Ive ever had. This place is a one-stop shop. Very impressive. They have everything you need for moving or storage. Very friendly staff and well-maintained location.

This location is actually 1/4 mi to the North East. Go through the shopping center along the access road next to Hwy 22.
