I have stored an apartment of furniture at Uncle Bobs for almost 5 years. When I visited the office, the attendant was always courteous. I was very satisfied with the upkeep except when I went there in the winter. Too often there was a ridge of ice and/or snow in front of my unit and melting snow would drip off the roof on to my lock. I learned to bring WD-40 and a hammer. The one thing that could make the experience better is if Uncle Bobs had a dumpster for customers. I could have gotten rid of a few things for sure.

Friendly helpful staff, prompt service and clear simple price plans. They have everything you could possibly need for your move, including a truck!!! Very easy to use. PLUS you may get to ride in the golf cart!
